Ordering and price was perfect. All normal shades came perfectly sized. We got a large trapezoid which didn’t work correctly (and may have been our fault on measuring) but they replaced at no charge. Compared to other quotes this wins by a landslide. Easy installation. Only note is the trapezoid doesn’t perfectly seal in middle, but it’s very close considering what an odd shape we were trying to cover. Blinds are quiet and work seamlessly with Alexa out of the box.

We love the roller blinds we ordered. It was delivered on time and the customer support was quick to respond and help with logistic updates.

When comparing my options against quotes from brick-and-mortar stores like Blinds to Go, SmartWings saved me between $10,000 and $30,000. Despite the drastic difference in price, the quality of their products is exceptional and easily rivals premium custom brands.

As impressive as the materials and motors are, the customer service is genuinely unbelievable. Whenever I needed help, I could reach a live agent via chat within seconds. They were incredibly knowledgeable and managed to answer every question I threw at them. Even better, they didn't just explain things over text—for every inquiry, they quickly provided a specific diagram or video tutorial, which made the DIY installation process significantly simpler.

At one point, I realized I had made a few mistakes when placing my order. Instead of penalizing me for my own errors, the company stepped up and resolved the issues completely in my favor. It is incredibly rare to find a business that delivers this level of value, product quality, and world-class customer support. I cannot recommend SmartWings highly enough.

Called smartwings contact phone number just now to order motorized blinds for our new build home - wanted advice and had questions as we have lots of different kinds of windows. In the first 60 seconds the rep was reluctant to talk to us about styles and pricing and said we should order online. Happy to do that but we wanted some help!

We wanted to be so excited about these shades in fact we ordered 17 of them to cover all our windows. They are narrow, which is nice because they fit really well in the windowsill. However, we bought them for the automatic features, and those have not worked well at all. First the shades only last about two months before you have to recharge them. The remote control doesn’t work for the shade so you have to continue to re-program it. And out of all her shades about 25% work with Alexa scheduling to go up and down at sunrise and sunset the rest keep losing. It’s connectivity to Alexa overall I feel like some of the shades on Amazon that I got work better than these. I caution buyers with the shades.

Great customer service and constant updates and contact. I had an issue with a custom valance drooping, we shared pics and ideas and they fabricated a custom bracket for my application. Unbelievable service and they work! Can't say enough good things about this company. And the product is fantastic to boot!

I had an issue with one of the six blinds I ordered (it wasn't pairing with my Homekit). I reached out and received excellent customer service starting from suggestions on how to solve the problem all the way to replacing the blind motor as the issue persisted.

The product successfully integrates to the Samsung Smarthings platform and was delivered in an incredible time. The blinds work exactly the way that I expected them to be. The whole experience of purchasing our shades was great. I emailed customer service and communicated with a terrific rep named Esme who has been very responsive to my needs, but also made it a point to answer every one of my questions after the sale. This allowed me to make the adjustments needed like programming my wall switch, some installation techniques, etc. The communication provided is not something you get with every company, so this was greatly appreciated and seems like Smart Wings will do whatever they can to make customers happy. It also showed me that they stand behind their product. I have three shades installed and after my experience, I would definitely order from them again! My wife and I love our shades and look to years of enjoyment with them!

SmartWings has been absolutely amazing from start to finish (I worked with Tracey). I did a lot of research before ordering, so I had plenty of questions along the way—and their team was there through every step. It genuinely felt like I had a partner helping me make the right choices, not just a company selling blinds.
The ordering process was easy, the communication was wonderful, and installation was much simpler than I expected. I’m 5'2" and installed the shades myself, including several larger windows. The finished look is clean, beautiful, and such an upgrade for our home. The motorized functionality and smart-home integration make them feel both practical and luxurious.
What has impressed me most is that their support did not disappear after my order arrived. They have continued to be responsive and helpful with questions as I fine-tune everything. I am already thinking about adding SmartWings shades to more windows—and now I’m researching options for our outdoor seating area too!

Overall not bad product. One of the blinds shipped without a remote, reached out and a new one arrived within a few days. Easy assembly. Only wish they offered smaller openings under 25".

I have been changing out shades in my home a few at a time. I have done two previous orders that came without issue.

Unfortunately, the last order contained two sets of shades and one of them was damaged during transit. Obviously SmartWings was not at fault here - their products come well packaged. The issue was 100% caused by the name-you-will-know shipping carrier.

Fortunately Yulia and the rest of the SmartWings support team were there to help. Their response time was less than a few hours and they guided me through the process to get the issue resolved (understandably there is a claim process with the shipping carrier).

Needles to say - a replacement for the set damaged during shipping is now on the way. I will 100% order addition shades from SmartWings - their customer service is top notch!
