The new table was in perfect condition when delivered and delivered when promised. Jana was terrific - kind, patient and (perhaps most importantly) had great follow-through regarding delivery. Excellent customer experience.
If I could give a zero i bought a very nice table and expected good customer service, what they did instead is they Sent me a table that has concealed damage. I couldn’t see the damages until I opened the box. Since I didn't mark damage upon arrival they would not return it. What happened to the customer service? They took almost three months to pick up the table when they did return it they charged me for return shipping $600. Never buy a table from this company. They do no package there tables well. The other company I bought a table from packaged their table perfectly. Table4Tennis you are a terrible company, I hope this saves other people from your hijinks!!

We are sorry for your disappointment. Unfortunately, when damage to a table is found after the box is open, we need detailed photos of the shipping damages as all the tables are insured. We were waiting for clear photos or descriptions of the damages that occurred for a long time and offering you alternative solutions such as replacing the table's damaged parts. However, as you could not provide the proper photo documentation and did not want a replacement of the broken part (the arch), we picked up the table in the end and refunded most of the price. As explained, the insurance claim is still open, and we will refund you the rest when the insurance claim is finalized and approved. Unfortunately, we cannot act fast without proper photos or written description of the damages.
All the tables are originally packed by their manufacturers, and we do not see shipping damages ofter. However, they happen from time to time due to freight shipping.
