I have been a Theradome LS80 Pro user for more than 10+ years. It is a fantastic product that has maintained my hair, it's fuller, thicker and doesn't fall much. Just 20 minutes twice a week is all you need to boast confidence. I recommend this product to everyone who wants to maintain a fuller healthy hair.

I have been using Theradome for about 9 months now and have seen some new hair growth and overall less shedding. I typically use it 3 times per week after I wash my hair and I will continue to use the helmet. I had some issues with the battery not charging propertly but customer service was very helpful in getting the issue resolved. Overall I would recommend this product.

I was losing hair due to medication I was taking. Within 2 weeks of using the Theradome Pro, my hair stopped shedding. After several months, I began receiving compliments on my beautiful, thick hair.

I am very happy with my Theradome product. I have used it for almost 2 and a half years. It has definitely helped me a lot because in one area of my head I had very little hair, but with Theradome I managed to restore a lot of my hair, so I will always recommend the product to my friends and people who are interested in hair growth. I used the Theradome LH80 for approximately 2 years as per the recommended instructions with extremely modest results and I'm being generous here. I was very careful with it, always placing it back in the case it came in when not in use and charged it immediately after each use. Approx. 6 weeks ago, the battery low audio warning started. Assuming that was normal, I immediately ordered another battery but this one would not charge either after a 5-6 uses. So, it had to be a helmet problem. After many discussions with a person who was very helpful on their helpdesk, it was decided by this company that my helmet was now garbage because they weren't going to assist me in any way to repair, replace, discount another one, send me a new charger and cord or any other option. I know my warranty ran out before all this happened but one would think a solid company would support their product in some way. My Theradome is now a reminder for the next time when I take a gamble on a product on the internet.

I am very happy with my purchase. Being in my 60's I wasn't expecting new hair growth but wanted to keep what I had left on my head. Around the 4th month I had a noticeable improvement which got me motivated to continue with the easy treatments. Now, into my second year, I have also noticed thicker, healthier hair which is at least giving the illusion of new hair growth. I would highly recommend this since red light therapy is also backed by a lot of valid science.

I have a Theradome that I bought in 2015!!!! The only problem I have ever had is replacing the charger! Theradome associates were fabulous with their suggestions and I was able to get the part that I needed on my own. My hair was very thin when I started out. I am only having to use it now once a week. And I do so faithfully. My blonde hair is fabulous and thick and I am almost 80!!!!!!!

Have experienced hair loss since 1963 when I was in my mid-20s and diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Have worn a wig since 1975; at least I never have a "bad hair day"!
Over the past 60 years have tried everything, altho nothing is ever advertised for "women with hair loss due to low thyroid."
HOWEVER, since using the helmet, I have noticed new hair and better texture.
Although I'm 86 years old, I believe you're never too old to try something new. I'm grateful for the improvement I have seen to date and visualize it getting even better.

I purchased this product and I can say that, it’s highly effective. Through patience, time and dedication, after a year of consistent daily use, I saw a big difference in my hair condition over all. My hair fall has almost stopped and my almost bald crown was already covered with hair. After years of hopeless treatment to my persistent hair fall and over all thinning condition of my hair. I bought this product and I can tell that the results were incredible.

I bought this from Theradome directly after researching on The Cleveland Clinic website. It does take time but I credit it with my new hair growth. Super easy only 2 x a week.. it charges through USB. Very well made!

I purchased the Theradome Pro in September of 2022 due to excessive hair fallout. Possibly either to the stress of Covid I contracted in July of 2022 and Long Covid fatigue lasting 18 months.
I used the Theradome everyday in the evening after a shower with my hair still damp. Within one month I noted the hair fallout had stopped. I backed off to twice a week used. But then inconsistent use for about 8 months due getting Covid again.
I’m back to using the helmet every day and ordered a new battery. The helmet is well designed and comfortable to wear. It did included sponge like stickers if your having trouble with the fit. I didn’t need them at all.
Regarding hair growth, there is a little coming back on the top of my head. My hair stylist mentioned rate of growth is dependent on age and one’s health. She recommended shampoo without sulfate which I’ve been using.
Overall I’m please as the helmet has prevented further hair loss and seeing new hair growth

Purchasing the Therdome Pro was a wise investment. I have no regrets as I experience fewer hair fallout when using the helmet. After a year and a half of use there was some wear and tear and when I reached out to customer support they were very responsive and persistent in following up. I really appreciate their customer service. I feel like they take their customers seriously.

From the very beginning, my experience with the Theradome team was great. When I first received by product, it wasn’t charging. I reached out and they responded right away. The matter was quickly resolved after some troubleshooting. They also followed up to make sure everything was going well. I have had 21 sessions so far and my hair feels much thicker and I no longer see full strands in the sink each day. I will continue to use this along with taking hair vitamins for optimal hair growth, restoration and maintenance.
