Using for about 1 month. Seems a lot of thought went into design: because it’s bendable it’s more versatile than u-locks; it’s fun to open locking mechanism (though I worry that it may be starting to stick a little, and if so, I may need to contact customer service); it shouldn’t matter really but lock itself is pretty; and it’s so light!!

Five years TiGr experience
I just returned from the Brompton shop in Berlin - where the new G-line was presented.
Had my bike in front of the shop, locked with my TiGr Blue Steel - and it felt that this lock was the 2nd biggest attraction for the folks there.
Even the shop owner came out and wanted to know all details about the lock. Still, after five years, I am very pleased about the quality of the locks and how it seems to be "unattractive" for thieves in Berlin.

These are the perfect locks. Many cyclists try to make his/her components lighter. Then burden their bike with a lock weighing more than the frame. TiGr locks solve that whether for a commuter or a long-distance gravel rider. The lock's unique appearance alone discourages potential thieves. On top of that your follow-up and great key replacement service keep us happy and secure!

Easy five star. I've had a total of four TiGr locks now, beginning with when they first started out. All of them are still in service. Their communications, responsiveness and promptness in shipping are all excellent. As an added bonus, they're a father and son company actually based in the U.S. They can't be beat in terms of weight to performance. Worth every penny. A gold standard in bike locks.

This was my second purchase of a TiGr bike lock, replacing a stolen ebike (when I did not use the lock, alas). Only disappointment was not being able to get the replacement as Titanium, but so goes the world. Purchase was clear, came on time, well packaged, and with central key registration function.

I felt like your representative was very receptive to me with respect to my concern regarding the "rubber bumper stops" that fell off on the "stainless steel plate" material of the mounting clip. Apparently, the adhesive that was used for your previous "plastic" clip mount, adhered far better than the stainless steel material. I'd suggest having small stainless steel screws/locking nuts adhering the bumper stops to the stainless steel mounting clips. As a matter of fact, that's exactly what I plan to do with my "new" bumpers I received.
Again, your customer service was well received, and did not go unnoticed.

Maybe their product is ok but I never received it - they couldn't write address properly so it was sent back after I managed to pay custom fees. They didn't show much interest in making this right, sometimes they would respond to the email with few days delay which was annoying. This made me ask for a refund and they didn't refund E 30 for shipment which they made the error on in the first place!

I’ve had the large titanium lock for my commuter bike in Manhattan and Brooklyn for five years, leave it locked to sign posts on the street, occasionally overnight, and have never (so far) had a problem. The lock is incredibly quick/easy to take off its rack and lock up, and also incredibly light. You instantly feel the difference over heavier U locks or chains. And an added plus is that the customer care has been very helpful and generous when I had a problem with a cracked mount. So many companies over-promise and under-deliver. These guys do the opposite.
(Re-reading this post it sounds so positive as to sound fake, but it’s real!)

The TiGr is a BRILLIANT bit of kit! Prompt dispatch and delivery and just as lightweight and tough as described. The actual lock is smooth and easy to operate even one handed and it slips easily into my bag without making me feel like I’m carrying a brick! So far my bike hasn’t been pinched with it… early days though! It’s become the only lock I use for its weight and convenience. Highly recommended!

Could the bumpers on the holster be screwed in place? I’ve lost two locks because they fall off eventually and the lock isn’t as secure then… my only complaint. Otherwise I love this lock (obviously, I’m on my third).

The whole story: great product, was frustrated that I lost the lock cylinder, happy to learn I could replace it, so I did, purchase easy, arrived quickly, works great. Then yesterday, I found the old cylinder! Someone had left it on a ledge near bike parking area I use occasionally. Thank you to the good Samaritan! Now I can order a new shackle and have two locks.

The keyhole requires frequent flushing with lubricant to allow the key to be fully inserted. As a theft discouraging device, though, it is great! My real complaint is with places that do not provide a way to properly anchor the locked bike.

I ordered the TiGr blue mini +. The customer service was incredibly efficient and super friendly. The lock arrived within a week. I recommend this over any unlock I’ve used. It’s light, barely ever rattles the smallest amount, & it’s way better looking than a giant u-lock and anything used to carry a u-lock.

The cons: price considered I have a couple criticisms. There is a small rubber sticker on the lock that keeps it from rattling in the mount, the adhesive let’s it shift around and it will probably fall off in time. The lock can rattle when this sticker moves out of position. Two, the clasp is attached with a screw, it looks very hard to access when locked but why not use the same mechanism as the titanium lock?

Love the size, weight and how easy it is to lock up. It is very quick to lock since you do not need the key to lock up… but be careful to make sure you have your key on you so you can unlock it. The only thing that I find a little annoying is that the cylinder rotates, so I have to use 2 hands to unlock it with the key… but it is not a real pain, just something I noticed and didn’t expect. I’d recommend these to anyone looking for a light-weight and secure bike lock
