Excellent service from the sales lady who explained all our queries, to the guys who fitted the scaffolding and the solar panels …..everything left in a good clean condition. The electrician also went through how to get the best from our new solar panels and storage batteries.

I feel to beable to write your experiences and let other people know is a really good thing. When I'm going to order something I look it up on trust pilot reviews, which helps me to decide if they are a reliable company or not. Also very easy to use. Helps other members of the public too to prevent being scammed.

I thank Expert Squad for their prompt response and refund of the one month fee. I did find not any information on a period allowed for a refund. Perhaps this is not easy for a person who does not use Internet often. Other reviewers seem to have had the same problem. I recommend that the payment process and requirements for refunds are made much more transparent and much clearer at the time the customer requests assistance and then registers.

I always read the reviews from customers purchases, as these help me to decide if a product is worth purchasing. If a number of customers say something negative it does make me think twice about a purchase.
So I find Trustpilot invaluable. To have a company that specifically verifies these reviews is so important to the way we shop. I can trust these reviews. Thank you.

4.5 trust rating for QLINK is an absolute lie. there are forums and groups all over the internet decrying Qlink as amongst the worst, and they've literally been convicted of major fraud and abuse. they have ZERO customer service. So, yeah, Trustpilot is completely non-trustworthy.

Had a problem with trying to login in to my account.
Send a email to customer and the responded fast and polite with some suggestions.
For some reason I could login doing the same thing as before and reported back to then with a apology for wasting there time.
That I had and still don't have a clue why it did not work.
Checked my password and all.
Long story short they where friendly and polite even after it let me login and wasted there time in my opinion.

When buying from a company for the first time I tend to check on Trustpilot to see review rating and read customer comments as I find this a good indication of the company service. My husband is on Facebook and always mentions the fantastic bargains coming up on his page!! I always tell him to check on Trustpilot first before buying. Needless to say we have few purchases through this platform.

I wrote a review about coinbase for a worst experience almost five years ago. now after five years back yesterday ( 07/11/2024) Trustpilot asked for support case number or they will take down my review. Is this joke to you that after five years I will keep the document when I do not use coinbase anymore or is this a new kind of scam that you are spreading?

Trust Pilot is the first site I go to if I'm not sure of a product or a manufacturer. If I see an ad for what seems to be a bargain, I always go to Trust Pilot to check it out. That way, I've been saved from many a potential purchasing disaster. It's almost got to the point that, if it's not on Trust Pilot, I don't buy it.

One of the draw backs of buying things online is being asked for a review. I am not asked to spend time writing a review every time I go into a shop. Pity we can't get more things from shops living round here but at least the internet saves us from long, expensive, journeys.

Joke of a company.
We had someone post spam text posted as bad reviews on our page (not in any way connected to our business, just phishing text) and after flagging it their "Team" concluded the review follows their guidelines and will stay up. No way to dispute as "Abhinav A from Content Integrity Team" is just an autoresponse bot.

Wouldn't use anybody else , the saddle fitter is lovely that covers my area (sarah) they are so helpful in the shop aswell , they have a saddle for every single horse no matter the size or shape!!!
