It took a few emails to make my change. The website doesn’t show my subscription so explaining my needs took a little longer than it should have
Great product (Shaligit Gummies) and they stand behind it. I was shipped product that was due to expire before they could be used and they promptly sent me replacements.

Slowest shipping ever. Promised fast delivery it’s been two weeks and the product hasn’t even shipped yet. Tried to contact customer service and no answer.
all products come with hidden subscriptions, the subscription page doesnt show them with months of 'oh must be a tech issue' then when they charge you hundreds for something you never ordered, they refuse to cancel the order and delay until its shipped. then 'oh its too late to cancel, oh well.'
Tried the 10 in 1 alpha gummies, did not work for me. Tried them for 2 months, tried to get a refund to no avail. Finally asked for cancellation November 9th, again on November 14th. Trycured acknowledge that I did cancel my subscription, yet on December 26th they sent out 2 more fulfilment orders, 47days after cancellation. Citing internal issues as to why the order was processed, they also refused to issue a refund for these orders delayed well beyond the cancellation request. Trycured offered a $20 gift card as an apology the unwanted order was $119.98. Trycured has no ethics as a company.
I recommend to not do any business with them until they change their customer service model.
