There is no customer support and their system generated delivery date is not accurate. However, their product is legit and very good. I actually ordered something that needed to remain cold (so I had to pay extra shipping). They shipped it on the date I was supposed to receive it and got it overnight from NY to WI. The product was cold packed and was still cold upon arrival. I was frustrated no one updated me with accurate shipping info so gave 4 star for the lack of communication. I would buy from them again based on product, care of product and price

Everything went well, just the hiccup with delivery time. Which delayed me being able to service my customers. Also would like to see more selections so I’m not purchasing other items with different vendors, like Hyaluronidase, lidocaine, and catheters to name a few.
