A few years ago my wife developed a tremor which led me to start my journey of researching Photobiomodulation and the potential of light therapy. I was prepared to hit the “buy” button on a helmet that looked promising. I had spent a lot of time on their site and decided that the information I was reading was in line with what we wanted to help her down the path. But being a cautious buyer, especially at a certain price point I decided to look up some research papers and do a little more study via the actual research that backed up the studies. What I found in all of the different research articles on the medical site NCBI, (National Center for Biotechnology Information) was the name Vielight. I found their website and read all of their research. What I realized was that the other companies web sites basically copied and pasted Vielight information on their sites. They hadn’t done anything other than make up a unit based on Vielight research. Long story short we purchased the Neuro Duo 4 followed by the Vagus, followed by the an early release of the MIP 655. I will tell you even years later we both use them daily Honestly if I had to run from a fire, I’d grab my wife, my cats, and my Vielight’s. That’s how important I think this technology is.

The products are the absolute best on the market right now. I've been using the MIP for a couple of years and haven't gotten sick. I alternate between the four lights between morning and evening. My daughter also loves it as well. I would recommend that everyone get one. The customer support is fabulous. Thank you for amazing care.

The Xplus-4 works great just like the Xplus-3 in maintaining my long-term brain/body fitness. I am seriously considering the Neuro-Duo but the price makes me hesitant. Overall, I would buy the products again!

Lots of online information and newsletter about newest research on this technology. Still use my unit after 2 years. Some parts have worn out or broken, will need to be sent back for repairs. New versions of the headset are being developed rapidly with ongoing published research.

I have had the Vielight for more than a couple of years now and I can say that it is a durable piece of equipment. My 87 year old mom has Alzheimer’s Disease and my dad has some dementia and they use this light 3 times per week when the helper comes. Even though there is only one button to push, it is slightly cumbersome and complicated for them to get it situated on their head and operational…also that beep is so soft, sometimes I have to take a double take to make sure it is running or that I pushed the on button. But, it really IS easy to operate. I do believe that it helps them… I can see subtle cognitive differences after they have been to Florida and have not used it versus when they use it routinely. I’m very happy for the investment into my parents cognitive health.

I want to keep my blood permanently fluid. I use Vielight for 20 minutes a couple of times a week to settle inflammation and keep my blood from becoming thick and sticky. After all, blood is our life force, and I’m 79 years old and want to reduce the risk of heart clots and stroke by keeping my blood at the consistency it should be. I don’t like to take blood thinners in case my blood doesn’t clot efficiently, and I risk serious bleeding. Vielight keeps my blood healthy and free-flowing safely and easily. Also, whenever I feel a cold or flu coming on, I use the Vielight first thing. It works every time for me to stop the spread of the infection. One of my favourite devices; I highly recommend it.

I got my intranasal product as described. It worked great. I notice an improvement in my mood, sleep, and cognitive function

I do not notice any improvement in my memory/recall since starting to use Vielight.
I have been using it for 3-4 mths, I think? 😊

I will continue to use it and am now starting to use food/vit/mineral supplements and hope they will help.

Everyone, please be aware of this company. I bought this advice for professional use and paid over 6000$ including the customs. The device is not working and Vielight is not responding to any emails on helping or giving instructions for returning the device. This is a total scam and I’m contacting the Canadian authorities to report them.

The new VieLight I ordered arrived as scheduled and has been used almost every day. I've had very positive experience with VieLight products both personally and professionally (I'm a mental health professional). I trust this company, and am looking forward to seeing new research emerge on various brain disorders. The recent research on autism is really exciting.

My Vielight Neuro Duo 4 is well constructed and easy to use. I mostly utilize the Gamma wave function; however, I like that with a simple toggle, I can switch to Alpha when I want to promote a sense of calm combined with alertness. In addition, I find the support staff to be responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. All considered, Vielight is a class act.

Vielight’s research and customer service are amazing. I have had good benefits from using the Neuro Duo.

The use of VIELIGHT intranasal applicators 810 and 633 have offered an incredible array of health benefits from improved memory & focus to lower blood pressure. Highly recommended !

I've been using this to help relax my frantic brain antics at night before sleeping. Instead of tossing and turning for an hour or so, I fall asleep easily after use. Game changer for getting better sleep.

I’ve been using the alpha & gamma units for many years with patients and my Dad. They were easy to use and built on good science. My older Vielights have been working seamlessly for more than a decade.

Recent I bought the NeuroPro 2. Lots of radiance and tremendous protocol flexibility. I like everything about the concept. The negative is that in exchange for all that power it is a little heavy to wear. I wanted to get another one for someone else but know that the mild discomfort and non-plug and playability will turn them off from using it. My next Vielight will be the simpler and lighter Alpha -Gamma Duo unit. .

That said, I think photobiomodulation makes great sense and Vielight has been the company in this space the longest. They present impressive research every year at our neuromodulation conference (ISNR). Vielights should be in every clinicians tool kit.

Confidence in the quality of the product as backed by RCT research and efficacy seen in the clinical setting

I've only had the Neuro Pro 2 a month and I can already feel a difference! I am hopeful that this can bring about lasting change for many years to come. I am looking forward to Vielight AI and taking more advantage of the many wavelengths the Pro 2 can do.

I do wish that the product didn't have as many loose pieces - it is a bit of a pain to transport. Also I wish that the shipping was quicker and less expensive. However, I can't complain too much with how useful this can be.

I am hoping that the goal of improved memory will come to pass.
Setting up the system was difficult. I had to watch several videos in order to be able to do so and I’m still not entirely certain that I have achieved the proper settings. For example, I did set the application to Gamma, but do not know whether or not the LEDs are flashing or not. They don’t seem to be.
