Nice for the price

Fast shipping..Ordered on a Monday afternoon and arrived on Thursday afternoon.. It was delivered by Fed Ex but had some dings on the outside of the box it was shipped in.. No damage but Fed Ex seems to let this happen in my past experience…Happy with the product!

vivi pedal assist not working

We have two vivi electric bikes bought on Ebay. The pedal assist does not work on one which has been ridden about 10 miles mostly on throttle. No help from chat phone or email. Customer service does not answer even tho I have offered to pay for parts. Many online reports of pedal assist problem, and lack of vivi to help.

Have been sending messages as there is…

Have been sending messages as there is no phone number to call. No answer so far. We bought a bike and within 1 year it stopped working. Bike shops have no clue what the problem is. No one to calk to trouble shoot.

Absolute quality in all aspects.

Absolute quality in all aspects of this purchase. My brother bought one not knowing how good this bike would be. He unboxed it, put it together, and was out riding that day. I rode it for about 10 minutes and then when I got home I ordered one but in red! We have rode on nice days, cold/raining mornings, and the bike has excelled. I found a bike rack that holds one bike (without the battery) and I can take this bike anywhere, pop the battery in, and I can hit all the trails I want.

We got 2 bikes and for 20 minutes they…

We got 2 bikes and for 20 minutes they worked till one pedal assist quit working. I contacted VIVI and they responded immediately. They said I needed a new pedal assist sensor which may have been compromised during shipping. They didn't just send me the part they sent me the part and the tools to change it plus a video on how to do it. Another 20 minutes later and the bike is working fantastic. We have since put at least 30 miles on the bikes and they are excellent I highly recommend them and I recommend the company for backing the product the way they did.

I don’t why you guys not reply when…

I don’t why you guys not reply when something goes wrong. My bike motor got stuck and it is not working so I sent you mail but you are not replying. That means after your sale you don’t take care of you customers.

I've bought an Ebike from Walmart

I've bought an Ebike from Walmart. It should be H7UL but when I received it, the model name is AMAK00017.

I am quite satisfied with the performance so far. Especially, climbing capability. But it may have caused by the light weight of myself.

Product itself give me 4.5 out of 5 considering the price. After riding 3 times, the headlight came off because of stock small washer and it couldn't hold it right.
I used bigger washer (2 of them) and now it's ok.)

However, the service department response is very unsatisfactory. I want to know more about my eBikes . Especially, I want to know where controller is located and want to know how it is wired.
Stock battery is only 10.4 ah and range is very limited. To add additional battery, I need to know how it is currently wired. The controller seemed to be located on the battery cradle/base.

Please let me know how it is wired.

Dear Customer: Hello. The electric bike you purchased is H7UL. H7UL is the bike model. AMAK00017 is our frame number and product SKU code, and the string of digital codes on the head tube is our production batch number, also called the serial number.
The controller of the H7UL electric bike is integrated in the battery base, and the integrated controller is integrated with the DP-5C battery base. If you need to replace the battery with a larger capacity, just choose the battery with the "48V DP-5C 4-pin" battery base, which is also sold on our website and you can also buy it on Amazon.

Time consuming but complete.

Everything went pretty smoothly the process could have been differently maybe. But bottom line problem was taken care of and I am a happy camper again. Would definitely continue to do business with this company because of the fact that they make sure that the product is taken care of.

The bikes arrived intact

The bikes arrived intact. The assembly was relatively easy after I figured out the first. My family couldn’t figure out how engage the motor until, I located the throttle. Overall I am completely satisfied from ordering, until assembly and riding! I recommend this to all, especially those of you, like myself don’t have a ton of money!!!😀😀

Great bike Needed a new battery

I've had only a few experiences with VV bikes What I will say is that although shipping takes a while. It's worth it. My husband absolutely loves his bike and without it for a few weeks because of the battery dying. He was quite unhappy seeing the battery arrive and him jumping directly on the bike immediately after it was charged. Was a god sent thank you

Disaster

Disaster. Put bike together. No instructions about the battery pack. Tried to power it on. Nothing. Blank screen. No ability to contact technical help other than an email that gets no response. So disappointed.

Vivi Continues to Deliver

I continue to be impressed by the Vivi Bike Company. I bought the bike a year ago and it has been a joy to ride. I hammer it hard and it keeps on coming back for more.

Now, I've had two interactions with the Service Department and I am blown away by their excellent responsive to my requests for support. I recently discovered two broken spokes on my rear wheel and the shop where I get my bike fixed did not have that spoke. I contacted Vivi contacted for replacements and received the replacement spokes quickly. And the cost for the replacement spokes was really reasonable. I had a similar experience last fall when I needed to replace my lost battery keys.

These guys are really good. Buy a bike from these guys.

New E-Bike Charger

I purchased a new Vivi e-Bike fast charger and it works better than my expectations. It was an easy purchase on the Vivi site and it was shipped quickly. This goes along with my previous Vivi e-Bike experience, as it is a quality bicycle.

Shipping was on time but bike runs uneven with power surge and 2 chips and scratches but does work that's why I even gave it 4 stars didn't contact vivi because they can't fix it anyway

Been trying for two weeks to exchange…

Been trying for two weeks to exchange bike because of major mechanical issue,and because i dont know hoe to email video of the problem after at least trying 9 times they REFUSE TO EXCHANGE BIKE,OR GIVE ME A REFUND. BUT THEY CLAIM 30 DAY RETURN OVER MAJOR ISSUE LIKE THIS,AND ONE YEAR WARRANTY! THANK GOOD IT HASNT BEEN A YEAR,THEY WOULD REALKY EMBARASS THEMSELVES.

Buyer beware. No customer support for undelivered packages.

No customer service per se, just chat boxes. Which we all know rely on standard responses. I purchased a VIVI bike through TEMU. Vivi was shipper. I did not receive bike. VIVI says it was delivered. I have photo proof but I dont think anyone bothered to look. They are sticking to, "it was delivered", sorry no refunds. Credit card company disputing charges. Buyer beware

Great Choice!

This has been an awesome bike for my 12 year old.
Not to mention I have to take it out when he isn't riding.
Really is a great bike! I did a lot of searching and what I found was a gem.
From the great pricing to ordering and receiving the bike couldn't have been easier.
I had a local bike shop friend put it together for me. Little over an hour he was texting me pics and it was ready to go. No issues assembling my guy said and he also said the bike seemed like really good quality and the pricing I paid was really good also.
Two thumbs on on the entire experience.
