The company was out of operation (server migration) from the beginning of June to September. That's fine, she informed us. She stated that if the customer has a minus balance, they restart it in favor of the customer and set the balance to the initial value. The problem arose from Topten (I don't know according to what criteria) some clients who had a minus, set a new beginning (positive) and, for example, left me and others with a minus balance. I wrote to support, but unfortunately without results, they kept saying that the repair is not possible. It is interesting that in some places the repair is possible and in some places it is not. 3 months without an account for which I paid, and absolutely no friendly step from the company towards the client.
