From the beginning till the end all my queries and concerns were properly addressed and resolved with great care. I would like to mention Neil Patel, travel consultant at the Travel House UK who contacted me on whatsapp and took care of all my requirements and communicated to me at each and every step with utmost dilligence. I honestly cannot express how much of an amazing and easy Experience it was dealing with Travel House UK. From the beginning I was with Mr Ali Sheharyar who dealt with everything. I gave him my budget, and he absolutely worked his magic to get me exactly what was best for me. Not once did he ever pressure me into taking a more expensive deal. He Tailored absolutely everything around my needs. Once I arrived to my destination he kept in contact with me to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. First week of September 2024 I had to book a ticket for my mom and it was last minute thing. I called travel house and had the pleasure of
Being attended to by Jacob. He was very attentive and listened to what I wanted in terms of dates, times and airlines etc. He then advised accordingly too. He was very patient and explained everything I wanted in detail which made the whole experience smooth and worthwhile.

Needed help booking a flight short notice and was having a challenge getting a booking. Travel House Consultant Luke Walker assisted me through the whole process and there were some changes along the way but he was patient enough to see me through till the booking was done.

Have always used your services and got great service from your agents but my most recent experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth.

Ian is so rude and doesn't listen to the customer needs.He is after making a sale and has no compassion non what so ever.


I will never use the services ever again because of 1 unprofessional Agent.

He needs people skills training. Extremely disappointed.
