Enrique is the VIP…
Enrique made this whole experience pleasurable. He was quick to respond to my inquiries, ensured that all my questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner. Did not hesitate when I asked for a working sample product. Items were delivered when he said they would. Was quick to follow up with me as soon as the items arrived. Overall I am very pleased with the services received.

Was on a super short timeline & they still got it to me ahead of time. Enrique D was super helpful & accommodating to changes that had to be made, and made what could've been a stressful experience, a very pleasant one. Was also very reachable by phone & email, which I always appreciate.

I needed to get a set of usb drives with logo in a few days. USB memory direct worked quickly to get things set up, the logo positioned, files transferred and everything rush shipped to me. Total turn around was just a few days which meant I had these in time for the meeting! Really friendly and helpful staff, great products. Would definitely order again.

Lana was great to work with! She was patient with me and super helpful. It was a lot of back and forth with questions from my side. I work at a school, so there was a lot of steps on my side for quantity, approval, and payment. Lana was with me every step of the way to make sure everything went smoothly. Michigan Mille Photo Album
Every year a group of car enthusiast get together for a three to five day road rally. At the end of our adventure we collect everyone's photos and put them in order of our adventure. The number has grown a doing this individually has turned it to quite a task. Went to USB Memory and turned the finished product over to them for production. While there were a few bump along the way Joey worked with us on the size, color and the placing of Mille Logo and the drives. The result was a personalized flash drive that everyone enjoyed and at a reasonable price.

The final product is sterling!
Upon receiving my first order the logo was too small and not at all fitting for the device selected. The company contacted me for follow-up and remade the order on a better device. I am 100% pleased with the results and will continue to do business with them in the future.

Have had an excellent experience working with USB Memory Direct thus far. I am a videographer and ordered branded drives with my company logo to store client projects on once complete.
I was contacted promptly by Gina after submitting a request and had an order placed less than 24hrs later. My order arrived on time and the drives came out exactly as they were presented in the proof.
