Customer service

The service with Amazon is generally good. However their customer service tends to not be so helpful some time. I was just left on hold indefinitely without an answer with the customer service. There's $800 today I will be spending some place else. And from now on I'm going to look for local sources.

Bad experience

I have spend over €50 more like €500 in the last year on Amazon. I haven't received all of my books. But the one I gave a review today doesn't post? While it says that it should be the case if you've spend like more than €50. You can't really rely on Amazon.

DELIVERY LIE

delivery says parcel handed to resident when it isnt in fact its a downright lie.This has now happened so many times im really fed up of complaining but nothing seems to being done about the problem.

Syster ridiculous

I know I have my old phone !Samsung S7
I still love my phone and in perfect condition !!!!
on my phone stop working many many apps ,or I just simple can't downloaded ??!!!

I have my 5th generation Alexa ,and I can't use it with my phone anymore!!!!
I don't want to buy a new phone ..This system is completely ridiculous and a waste of money.

I ordered a table on May 25

I ordered a table on May 25. Delivery was promised for June 3–4. Now it's June 26, and it still hasn’t arrived. Support keeps pushing the date (June 16 → 19 → 26 → 30), but gives no real info or tracking and keeps telling me to be patient (since 1 month) This is unacceptable.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS - NO HELP AT ALL - on Sunday I received a parcel (left on my doorstep - to addit STATES on my account NEVER to leave parcels there (it clearly states what to do if I’m not in) on this occasion I was in but no attempt by the driver to use my ring doorbell or knock ! Luckily I received the parcel but rang and complained to be told IT WOULD NOT HAPPEN AGAIN. Monday i received 2 parcels of HIGH VALUE while I was out and they left them on the doorstep and said they had ! I never received them - i complained again and was asked to wait 24 hrs to see if they would arrive and then a refund would be processed. I waited 55 hrs and rang again. I had to speak to 5 people before it was sorted and it took me 3 hrs! I was told the 2 drivers would be dealt with and it wouldn’t happen again (I then received my next 2 parcels exactly as I should) (a breakthrough I thought) my last parcel was coming yesterday and said it was out for delivery from selby - 8:20pm last night it was signed for but still says it’s in selby(by someone who does not live at my address as I live alone). My ring camera shows NO ONE CAME TO MY PROPERTY. when I rang customer services they said they can’t help
As it’s delivered and signed for and I have to speak to the seller ! This isn’t meant as derogatory- but everyone you speak to is foreign, they use the same script to apologize and say they understand your frustration! I have escalated this to trading standards ! Your custom service team are terrible ! And they don’t even know who to reply to information on their fb posts (someone slates them and they put love emojis) !

We ordered from amazon.com watched the tracking then all the sudden it stopped got a hold of consumer service said we were hacked made me download a bunch of apps took my pictures my security number and everything else I had to contact the FBI so far we would never hack they were just wanting the information now it has to be traced and I have to go through a bunch of BS because of it I would stay 100% away from this site

I have been buying items from Amazon…Poor delivery by Amazon

I have been buying items from Amazon for some years now, but the last 12months has been a real problem for me. The delivery drivers just leave my goods in all different addresses and I have to go hunting for them-which at my age is not good. I am convinced that Amazon delivery people cant read because there is no other reason for this happening. I am now seriously considering stopping buying off them. I would warn any person thinking of using Amazon to think twice before using them. Vert very poor delivery of items.

Why isn't that allowed?
These aspects vary by order and won't be relevant to all customers. That said, we want your feedback about sellers and packaging, just not in product reviews. Then why leave a review full stop . I will not change my review as it's my experience as a whole . So now amazon only wants positive not negative. As I have said before all this has been passed to trading standards and the financial ombusmon service.

I hate how long I've been locked out

I've been locked out of my own account for years at this point. I tried to submit evidence 2 times, but I think because I changed my credit card, it was not approved (I don't have my old credit card number). I was probably locked out because I visited several Amazon's (different countries) when looking to buy a phone cover. It's been at least a year, probably more likely 2 or more since I tried to submit evidence again, and since my account has been "under submission". It's very frustrating not accessing Amazon and especially Audible, where I spent a lot of money on audiobooks. It is actually infuriating. I have contacted customer support the best I could and it was not helpful at all, as I was just told it's under review... but it's been for WAY too long.

However, the delivery was a disaster !! It was dumped in my next door neighbours flowerbed despite our house number is clearly dislplayed. I just managed to see the delivery driver but he just waved and raced off. This is an appalling service especially as I'm on "prime". Tryin to contact Amazon is vertually impossible and trying to obtain a response is infuriating. Therefore, I'm about to cancel my Prime.

More and more spam is coming from AWS…

More and more spam is coming from AWS (Amazon) service now.

Spam for fake websites (phishing), fake supports, fake banks, fake public plateforms, stealing contact information, banking information, threats, pressure, racketeering, scammers, making people believe payments have been declined, attempted bank fraud...

Despite complaints to SPAMCOP, and to you, nothing is happening.

Thank you for destroying victims, lives, and pushing the unthinkable because you do nothing to expel and punish spammers and other malicious actors.
