Ibrahim promised to search for cheaper rate and he did. When the process was taking longer, he called me back and rescheduled. I appreciate his honesty..

He guided me thru the entire process and answered all my questions.

As usual, your customer service was amazing! I called Customer Care to help me reschedule a flight and Avril was so helpful. Due to a bad connection, we were disconnected three times and she called me back immediately. She helped me get everything rescheduled promptly.

While waiting when the agent is looking for an available flight over the phone, I recommend having music or something that makes the customer know that he's not been disconnected.
