Brilliant quick service and well priced.

We needed to replace our old Quooker as the vacuum flask has finally failed after 14 years. So we replaced with a new Quooker Nordic Tap single and 3 litre PRO flask.

Looked around including Quooker direct, however Appliance House Ltd offered a quick delivery, best price we could find and for us the option to break the payments into 3 monthly divisions made it easier.

All installed and back up and running so big thanks to Appliance House.

The new fridge freezer was delivered on time. We paid for old unit to be removed and understood new unit would be put in place. Delivery driver was on his own. He helped to remove old unit and took this away but new fridge freezer was left in its packaging in the hall. Getting the integrated unit into the cabinet was a bit of a struggle.

Item was delayed in delivery but were kept informed re delay. On arrival found anti slip mat missing. Contacted Appliance house who contacted AEG and had response same day. Item was being dispatched. No hassle or fuss to resolve issue which is unusual

I paid Appliance House £19.99 for them to have a microwave shipped to Scottish Highlands by DPD (as specifically noted on Order Number #233946). This despite the claim on Trustpilot that they deliver items over £35 free to the mainland.

Instead they gave it to DXdelivery who gave me a delivery date of Thursday 10th October. When it failed to arrive I contacted DXdelivery to ask where it was. Daren, Contact Centre Agent at DX said:

'Can I please ask you to contact the senders. As you are their customer, they will be able to confirm this item has been sent to you and advise you when to expect delivery.'

It eventually arrived 4 days later, via a third party courier (no name on van). Given the false information about the courier and the lack of tracking information I would not use them again.
