Jeff DeFusco and Janice make a great team

Jeff DeFusco and his assistant Janice are the best. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided me with my equity line of credit. They made the process smooth and explained everything throughout the process. Definitely looking forward to working with them and Bank 5 in the future.

Solved an electronic payment issue

There was an issue with an on time credit card payment. It didn't post in time. Bank Five rectified the situation and due to there speedy correction, there were no penalties fron th CC company

My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Alycia Clark on a heating/weatherization loan with RISE engineering and Bank5. Alycia's kindness, patience and dedication to helping us through the process made the whole undertaking easier and comfortable. She was accessible and answered all of our questions promptly, honestly and considerately. Opening a savings account

I opened a savings account and it was explained in detail by the man helping me. I was grateful to have someone take the time to ask me some questions to decide what kind of account would be best for me.
After my business was done he walked me out and that was a personal touch that meant a lot to me.
I would recommend Bank 5 to everyone because the customer service is exceptional.

I enjoyed working with Sara Pavoa (think I got her name correct?) to set up a CD at your Swansea office. She was very pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. She understands the importance of good customer service.

Very pleased!

We were introduced to Miguel during an extremely stressful time and he put us at ease during our home buying process. He gained our trust through his level of expertise while navigating us through an uncertain process. He is very knowledgeable and you can talk to him about anything or ask any questions and he will take time to give you a thorough answer in a manner that you can understand. He treated us with respect and was always patient through each and every step. We could reach him at any time and he had impeccable response time! He walked us through the entire process from beginning to end. We felt supported throughout. He is a professional, polite and truly sincere person that we highly recommend.

Questioning new payment calculation

I have called twice about a possible miscalculation in my mortgage payment. Both times the individual had to refer it to their supervisor. It’s been 7 days and no one has called me back. I even told one of them the possible error.
You picked the wrong time to ask my opinion.

Hours are kind of horrible

Hours are kind of horrible, I was in the drive through in Fall River Ma today and 1 car was before me, I waited almost a half hour. I've had multiple issues at this bank that I have never had a Rockland Trust. On a Thursday I think lobby hours should be more than just open till 3pm. The drive through can be very slow to. I'm hoping to buy a house soon, but I'm concerned. Not sure if I'm going to use bank five now. Nice people but understaffed and slow.

Bank 5 is a great institution…

Bank 5 is a great institution some of the nicest managers and tellers at all branches. That being said I want to send a shout out to Ashley Anabella at County St Jenn Maria at Acusnet Ave Dan and Maria at Fairhaven Sarah McKenna at Dartmouth and to the rest of the crews at all branches u guys rock .Btw we got a phone cool .

Screwed up my change of address

Screwed up my change of address. Locked me out of my account 3 times after telling me to answer the secure email I sent to you. Now you send my check from the closed account to the wrong address…awful

I was a former senior-teller at the…

I was a former senior-teller at the flint and the globe branches. back 1996s-2004s. My real first job and my first bank accts. i opened checking and saving plus some other CD Acct. when my kids was youngers, i love getting taxes credits refund. I'm still here just broke now LOL. Ones of the best loco Community Bank5.

Excellent customer Service! The customer service person I spoke to…

The customer service person I spoke to was very helpful telling me exactly what I needed to know about my account and what I can do in the future to make transferring funds etc. easier for me and my mom. They were patient and kind. Also, I did not wait long before someone actually got on the line with me!

I received a letter that my mortgage…

I received a letter that my mortgage has been transferred to another server. I called to make sure the letter was legitimate. The young woman I spoke with was very helpful and assured me the letter was correct. I feel more comfortable about proceeding with the paperwork.
