Junk, if you want to return it because it's defective then you have to buy a box, pay the postage and insurance then put gas in your car at $5 a gallon to drive a half hour round trip to my nearest post office then wait in line for another half hour to get served. By the time you've done all that you just spent more than the product cost. What a scam!!! Sell defective products knowing most people won't return it. Criminal !!!!

The clothes fit great I normally wear a size six and that's what I ordered a medium. This my second oder from them thought it was taking alittle long compared to 1st time so I text customer service they told me when it would arrive they responded quickly!

Ok I ordered a 11 1/2 US got a 44 size , I don't think it was a 11 1/2 measured, but I think it needed an inch more. Anyways loved the color designer soooo soft. I'm recovering from a broken foot and big fractured toe tennie shoe is comfortable Hopefully they will stretch out.

I ordered up a size because lets face it, things from China are different sizes. e.g. my daughter normally would wear an adult small, I ordered a medium-pants couldn't have fit any better but the top was HUGE and SUPER oversized! Fun Barbie print

No particular reason. Although, when looking at the shoes, they look exactly the same size as my first pair, but when trying them on, they are bigger on the inside, which is what I wanted. So I'm happy. 😀😀

I like ordering from the company. My merchandise actually came pretty quickly this time. But one of my favorite items ordered was a long jean jacket. Unfortunately, it had a strong chemical smell and the sleeves were short. So, that was very disappointing. I washed it 3 times and the smell is still there. So I can't wear it. Waste of money on that item. The others were fine.

Honestly, why are some companies even in business? Impossible to track order because they just don’t update it. According to their website my order has been sitting “awaiting packaging” for 8 business days, so who even knows if it will ever arrive? An added insult is their shipping fees are well over twice what their competitors in China charge…and for this kind of lazy service. Looks like I am not the only one in this predicament. Will not shop here in the future

delivery took two and a half weeks!!!!
Then it was supposed to get a puffa coat , its as flat as a pancake and i paid almost £10 for delivery ( what a joke) i raised a ticket and explained i wanted an evri returns note and a full refund.
You offered 10 % keep iten explained no use to anyone thinner than my duvet cover!!!.
Then offed 20% 30% i said no now im waiting for the 3rd day and still have not got my returns note

I made an order early October 2023, up to this date, they haven't shipped my order yet. They mentioned in a few days you receive your order but haven't received it yet. I would suggest they show some professionalism on handling customers' orders and when delayed they should communicate as well. I need to know what's going on with my order, thank you.

Experience was great, product was a lot shorter than the picture and I’m
Only 5’5”
Not too long to wait on delivery and the item is really nice and great quality just a shame it’s too short. Fits lovely though.
