Very poor in-store service.

I went to the shop in Frederiksberg Centret, looking for this SpinOut 2-1 Scooter, and was told categorically that they didn't have it, even after showing the person there the website saying that they had it in stock. I left the shop, bought it online using my phone and went back there when it was ready for pick up and there it was, on the desk. Do not recommend looking for items in the store.

I had ordered a gyngestativ wirh…

I had ordered a gyngestativ wirh accompanying gynges. 1. wirhout any sporing or Information it had been thrown in our indkørsel
2. even much worse: We had to male an urgent reklamation because the entire gyngestativ collapsed with my 2.5 year old daughter. It was damn farligt and the quality was so low that even the shrews were inside out.

After 2 weeks the gynge is still laying in our garden because i did not even get a reply! We sent fotos and everything with but no one reacts

We have had a closer look at your inquiry. Our After Sales team has investigated the matter with our supplier as our supplier is an expert on the product. 

Based on their investigation they have informed you os the following: 
When setting up a swingset, it is important to follow the entire installations manual step by step. Based on the photos provided,  the swingset has not been anchored correctly. Accordring to the installations manual it is the customers responsibility to ensure that all safety precautions have been made to ensure the safety of the children - this includes anchoring the swingset.

Since the swingset has been put into use before all steps in the instructions have been completed, we are forced to reject your complaint.

Crazy long delivery time

Crazy long delivery time. Ordered two items from their website. Both are marked as 100+ items in stock. But after 4 days with out any tracking nr. I contacted customer support. They then inform me that there is a 10 day delivery time and the items. As it is at their vendor. So they are advertising items to be in stock. When they are at their vendor 🤦 so not in stock. But false advertising. 😡

Even if my bank generand issues with…

Even if my bank generand issues with the payment the delivery was performed and the payment could be done later. The Communication with support was excellent, and the delivery was performed in time.

Crazy long delivery times.

Bought a present 03 Dec. Delivery confirmation 20 Dec.

On the website they state 100+ on stock. How can a webshop be so useless with delivery. Order cancelled.

It’s true that our delivery times are longer at the minute. The holiday season is upon us, and our awesome guests are ordering a ton of cool gifts for their loved ones. This means that the BR factory is even busier than usual, as is our warehouse that ships out all the packages.

Even though our mates at the warehouse have put on their best running shoes, they can still only move at human speed, and the great quantity of incoming orders is unfortunately resulting in slightly longer delivery times than usual.

We of course always do our best to get every little thing shipped out as quickly as we possibly can, and delivery times can vary across the month of December.

Our best advice is to double check the expected delivery date when all your stuff is in your basket, so you have an idea of what to expect.

We hope you’ve found what you needed - either with us or somewhere else.

Really good in store customer service

Really good in store customer service. When ordering online there is no chance to get the reward stickers but they gave them to me in store when showing onlonr purchase receipt.

Changed the trampoline

I have bought a trampoline. Then assembled its frame and realised that it doesn't fit my available space. I packed it again, brought back to the store. As soon as I told the story they shifted it with a smaller one without questioning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Thank you

Can’t really say. Haven’t gotten any gift yet.

Update: I did get the package and everything’s fine! Before I got it, I also got an email saying that they hadn’t forgotten about me which was nice.

Vi forstår til fulde din undren. Det er korrekt, at vores leveringstider er forlænget. Det skyldes, at vores skønne gæster bestiller en masse gaver hjem, og at der derfor er fuld fart på BR fabrikken og ikke mindst vores lager, hvor alle varer bliver pakket. Vores bedste råd er at tjekke den forventede leveringsdato, når varerne er lagt i kurven, så man er klar over, hvad man kan forvente.

Med det sagt, så er vi selvfølgelig enormt ærgerlige over at høre, at dine legesager alligevel endte med at være udsolgt. 

Vi har lige taget et kig på din ordre, og kan se, at vi desværre har haft en optællingsfejl på vores lager - og det er den fejl som desværre har resulteret i, at en eller flere af de seje legesager er blevet meldt udsolgt. 

Det er bestemt ikke den service du med rette kan forvente som kunde hos os - og slet ikke her i den søde juletid, hvor pakkerne ofte betyder lidt ekstra -  så det må du ganske enkelt undskylde. 

Vi håber du kan finde noget andet sejt i vores store udvalg.

The reason for the Click & Collect fee is that our mates go around the store to collect all your items and pack them up for you to collect. It’s intended to cover the cost of ensuring that everything is ready to go when you get to the store.

The concept is an opportunity to reserve products from the store’s shelves so another guest won’t beat you to the toy you have your eye on. We ask that you collect your order on the same day or the next to ensure that orders don’t pile up on the shelves.
