Always there for questions. Helpful when I forget to pay my bill. As far as date for experience, it's been the whole time I've had insurance. Thanks a lot for all your help to everyone.

Saved a lot of money from switching from AAA but a lot of times after the first year the hike your premiums big time. A friend of mine just had his renewal and between home and auto insurance his premium went up $369. Hoping this isn’t the case for yearly renewals.

Service has been very good, but your rates are creeping up. For a widowed 80 year old veteran on a fixed income, I have to be conscious of that and check others.

We had a rear bumper dented and fascia paint scraped by a car while we were parked. I filed the claim online and took my car to the Gerber shop I selected from the Citizen website. The quote took less than 15 minutes to complete (including a secondary quote for the same car). Once I understood the Citizen process, it seems very understandable and manageable. We've had Gerber do work on another one of our cars. The repairs are undetectable after 10 years and 90,000 miles.

Citizens has been there for my wife and I every single time we have needed them, and I couldn't be more grateful for their professionalism, quick response time, and compassionate help in our times of need. The claims adjuster, Christopher Hackenberg, was great to work with. He explained everything very well and helped guide me through the process. He made a terrible situation much more tolerable and helped make me whole again. I'll never complain about paying an insurance bill again.

Insurance rates increased dramatically this year. However, your agents that I worked with in early January explained the reasons for the increase(s) and pointed out things I could do that may help improve/affect my future insurance costs. The agents I worked with were knowledgeable and showed interest in understanding my concerns and providing helpful satisfying responses. Thank you.

I was locked out of my car and received a fast response from a knowledgeable service man. Very satisfactory. The only comment on what could be better is when I call- it would be nice to speak to an American so that I can understand them better. Overall- it was fine. I was pleased.

Citizens/ Hanover insurance is awesome! Super helpful! Had a lot of changes to auto policy this year with adding/ removing/ revising vehicles, and the team was efficient with all the adjustments. Thanks for being so quick to help!

I’ve only
Had homeowners insurance claims twice in 50 year. The process was positive for 2 reasons:
1. Brian Vincent, the independent agent in Novi, MI who first recommend CITIZENS actively guided the whole process, inspectors, contractors choices, etc.
2. My interactions with CITIZENS people were very positive. We spoke openly about the situation and they made sure the coverage was completely fair.

Citizens came through beautifully last summer when my home was hit by a major hailstorm. The adjuster came out promptly, delivered the evaluation within a week, and Citizens made the funds available for the repairs within 4 weeks. There was no red tape and no hoops to jump through. Easy-peasy. Thanks, Citizens.

With the storms we have experienced this past year in Michigan, Citizens has been a dream to work with-both Auto and Home claims we have had with them, have gone seamlessly. The adjusters assigned to our claims have been very responsive and extremely helpful.

We had hail damage to our roof and when we made a claim there was no problem or resistance from Citizens about the claim and everything went very well till the job was done. I would recommend Citizens Insurance to anybody who wants a reputable insurance company they can count on when the time comes!

I had few claims (luckily) through the years but whenever I have a question I can get through to my wonderful agent right away. If she’s not there, another agent responds and my question or problem is taken care of. I’ve never been put off and they always respond!
My agent checks each year at renewal time to find the best coverage for home and cars with the most reasonable cost.
