So far me experience has been very good. The value for the price, calls to ask questions have been handled with professionalism and courtesy. The images came back looking good and I just sent some VHS tapes to be converted. Love iMemories and the people there. Highly recommend them to convert you pictures and videos to digital.

The process for submitting content went very well as communicated. It has been wonderful having these older videos in a format that is more sharable for immediate and extended family. Our only issue has been with the website in that there are times where logging in was a major challenge. Otherwise, very satisfied.

"Terrible experience – avoid at all costs."

This company is nothing short of a scam. Not only did they overcharge me for the box, but they also charged me for converting five VHS tapes and ultimately didn’t convert a single one. They claimed it was due to broadcast content on the tapes, which they allegedly "can’t convert." Despite this, they refused to refund me for the tapes, effectively pocketing $75 plus shipping costs – a total of $120 wasted. This company took my money and provided no service in return. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I Memories is a great trustworthy company. It’s simple to use and share. From the packaging they use and, handling of our picture to returning them. We’ve used their services multiple times for pictures and videos. Worth it

Staying in touch, by letting me know when you receive the package & when to expect it back. Always on time. Real people answer the phone and are capable of helping. Very polite and patient whenever I call.

Quick, safe and reliable! I was so excited to see my old films and VHS movies again. I ordered DVDs and memory sticks for gifts and family who received them were as excited as I am. I highly recommend iMemories!

I've sent over 30 tapes already with another 17 to be sent this week. The quality, considering some of these are 40+ years old is really good. I get the tapes back, everything is great! Love that we can capture these memories!

I would not have sent in my DVD if I had known that iMemories could not clean up it's white balance. Their ads talk about enhancing our movies.

Great experience. Getting our videos converted to digital with iMemories was the best thing we could have done. Easy to send them in, get your digital memories fast, and easy to share with friends and family when using the app.

Trust was the most important issue for me because I was mailing away my precious memories with no backup. And iMemories delivered! The timeframe from getting my digital memories uploaded and then receiving my tapes and dvd’s back was quick.

I love how easy it is to watch on my tv using the app. To have my family, including my 80+ parents the opportunity to watch their grandchildren as babies is priceless.

This has been a wonderful experience in having 8mm and VHS tapes digitalized. We are watching events that we never watched before. My Grandchildren are amazed that their Mommy was once little like them on the videos. My children were wondering what we did with all the videos that were taken when they were young and now watching, laughing, and enjoying themselves as kids. We could have never done this on our own. IMemories did a great job. We bought the annual plan to utilize and are now viewing 40 years of video.

This company is extremely organized, efficient, competent; has prompt and phenomenal and customer service! It’s easy! They provide the empty box, you provide the video cartridges (any kind), they place in digital format for easy access (download or app) and return all your tapes to you! I have shown many friends, and they all are now doing the same! I can share the app with my family, who then has access to all the videos!

The ease of starting the order and then compiling makes the project less daunting. Sending the items in knowing that great care is taken is another plus. Finally, the finished product is amazing. For my last order, I had to call in a few times with a couple of questions and each time, I was met with care and competence... answering my questions and assisting with what I needed remedied!

I had 2 VCR tapes from my wedding & honeymoon (8/96). My wife recently passed away and those were the only videos I had. I was very hesitant of sending these in the mail to iMemories. I am so glad I made the right decision by sending them.

The 2 tapes were digitalized and I couldn't have been happier. The happy memories of our wedding day and honeymoon are now with me on demand.
