Great mattras and service. My sleep has improved and I believe the testing time of 120 days is also reassuring to really be able to see if the mattras is good for you.

I have both the mattrass as the pillow. I must say i love them both. They both provide excellent support. The pillow is really special. I've never had a pillow this good and i have tried alot. It has the perfect height and is pretty firm but still very comfortable.

I bought a Matt mattress for my toddler's bed since we decided to go for a 140*200. She still co-sleeps sometimes and isn't a good sharer, so we needed somewhere for the parent kicked out to go to sleep comfortably. Matt was the perfect choice for us. Whomeoever sleeps there, falls alseep almost immediately and shes sleeping through the night a lot more now thanks to it's comfortable design. 10/10 recommend

I can't recommend Matt Sleeps enough. The proces of choosing the right products online is very easy and the delivery times are speedy. The courier involved (PostNL) delivered one of my items to an incorrect address (which is of course no fault of Matt Sleeps). I phoned Matt Sleeps for help and within 3 minutes of ending my phone call with them I'd recieved the necessary documentation I needed to sign for them to start their investigation. Every email I sent to them was met with a very friendly and speedy reply and for that I'm very grateful. Between us we were able to resolve the issue very quickly and easily. The quality of the products is of a very high level and I'm completely satisifed with my purchases.

Delivery was on time and as planned.
We have ordered a 160x190cm mattress, and a pillow. I must admit that I was a bit skeptical about the pillow at first, because it doesn't have a 'traditional' ergonomic shape, so I was a bit worried that it's gonna be too flat. However, I'm pleasantly surprised that the pillow feels ergonomic still, and it's so comfortable to sleep on!
The mattress is also great, perhaps still a bit too soft to my liking (I've flipped the mattress to its hardest composition), but that's on me I guess ;) Only one tiny downside: if your partner flips/gets out of bed, you will feel the movement. It took us a few days to get used to it, but it's not so bad. Overall we're satisfied with our bed!

The good news: great mattress. Enjoying this for 3 years now. The not so great news: finally washed the cover after that 3 years, exactly as per the instructions. And now it is a size smaller. Feedback from customer service: something with threats and adding the cover more wet …… so we did as instructed with no results. Feedback from customer service: buy a new one as your warranty expired.
That is truly disappointing. No more Matts for me.

Good to hear you are still happy with your Matt after 3 years. Regarding the cover. For 6 years we have this mattress cover, and when you follow our washing instructions it is impossible it will shrink. Sorry to disappoint you.
I have been using Mattsleeps for 2/3 years now, very pleased with it. It did not offer the same support as in the beginning, after a pleasant email conversation, a new mattress filling was shipped. I highly recommend the Matt Sleeps Mattresses

I love the matras!
The fact that you can adjust the firmness to fit your requirements is genius.

I have to say, as a person that's extremely critical on products and has tested (and send back) some expensive big brand mattresses, Matt really nailed it.
Great quality product, adjustability is amazing and it sleeps soft (which can be changed to your liking) whilst giving equally important support. And all of this at a friendly price point. Very happy with it and a big recommend! Five stars.

So this review is not really complete yet. We have the matrass for almost a week now and my back is aching like hell. They say please try the standard configuration for a couple of weeks. Best if they take away that sentence and tell people to go to the preferred configiration immediately. I am almost 2 meters and 95 kilo's. The standard configuration just kills me. Going to try a firmer one now.
Have some concerns about other rwviews though. Saw people saying that after 2 years the matrass becomes softer. Thats a bummer when you allready need the hardest set up.

Hi Jochem, with 95 kg we advice configuration 4 or firmer. We do ask to first test the standard setting to get used to the mattress. Every mattress will become softer, if you look to the durability test we score one of the highest in the market. The benefit you have with our mattress that you can always make it firmer.
I purchased both the boxspring and mattress and found the support team to be wonderful. In particular, Mats was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure that the bed was delivered on time. I was impressed by the kindness and excellent service I received. The products themselves are of high quality and we slept very well on the comfortable bed and mattress.

Most of these reviews are no doubt about the products (and they're great, more on that later), but I want to start of with the customer service which was excellent -- a level of care, thoughtfulness and service that is by far not the standard. I had a couple of questions and follow-up requests and Bram helped me throughout. The service was impeccable and would almost make me want to buy more.
On to the the products: I got a boxspring, mattress, topper, duvet, bedding, and pillows. The whole thing.
The bed is simple and beautiful. The mattress adjustable to your body needs (though it took a little for me to get used to) and the bedding is comfortable and good quality. The pillows -- comfy, but turns out memory foam pillows are not my thing. That wasn't an issue due to their 30-day return policy.
TLDR, a very happy customer. :)

Much better than Emma.
I had two experiences with Emma. One back in Portugal (2019) and one in the Netherlands (2022). The one in Portugal was okay. The one in the Netherlands was a nightmare.
Other mattress stores I don't even want to get close by. So many options, so expensive, no guarantees that I am going to enjoy the mattress, salespeople eager to earn commissions. Makes me scary.
Matt, on the other hand, was great. From the agreed delivery dates, which they respected, to the montage of the bed, which they do themselves to the mattress!
That's the first time in years that I'm sleeping well. And this idea that they had that you can change the firmness of the mattress on the go is amazing!
I prefer a firm mattress, so I tested the most firm option, and didn't like it. It was too firm. Then I tests the second firmest and loved it. No more back pains. And all I had to do was reorganize the internals of the mattress. Piece of cake. Love it!

Excellent service and a really great mattress! We used to have a fairly old mattress and I would wake up with aches and pains in the morning. With the Matt mattress I have had none of that experience. I can comfortably sleep on my side and back. Worth every cent!

I give this company 3 stars because they organized everything perfect. Delivery went perfect as well as collecting of the mattress after the obliged 30 days testing. Payback went also smoothly.
What I didn’t like was the mattress itself. Like sleeping on a plank. After one night with a max of 2 hours sleep I decided to sleep on an air mattress and decided to buy a box spring. Much more expensive, but so more comfy…
As reaction on the message from MattSleeps: of course I know how to switch to the ‘softest’ setting and no, this is not soft! Sorry, but once I tried a mattsleeps product, I won’t try a second product.

Super comfortable from the first night. We have tried a few other matrasses, but had to send them back after a few weeks. Our Matt can be adjusted to the comfort of both of us without a gap inbetween. It was delivered within 2 days, which was also a very pleasant surprise.
