Top Notch Customer Service
I felt compelled to write a review after receiving some excellent customer service from Christian over at Priority Bicycles. I ordered the Brilliant L Train with the 8 speed disc break from the online shop. The assembly was relatively simple, especially with the online video guides. The bike rides veeeeery smooth, which is great for commuting. The gears are different from my previous bike, so they're an adjustment for me personally, but they're much more straightforward than the double handlebar gears on my last bike.
However, the reason I wanted to write the review is because of the top notch customer service. My bike arrived on a Friday, I put it together over the weekend, and went on my first ride Monday. Unfortunately, by the time I got home, my back tire was flat. Bummer. On Tuesday, I emailed about possibly getting some replacement tubing, since the bike was so new. Less than an hour later, I got an email from Christian (please shout them out in the office for me; they were awesome!) offering to send me some new tubing OR if I wanted to take it to a local repair shop, to send over the receipt and Priority Bikes would reimburse me for the repair (which is what I ultimately did). By Wednesday, my tire was fixed, and within thirty minutes of providing a receipt, a reimbursement was initiated.
I really appreciated this experience from Priority Bikes. Stuff like this happens and it's nobody's fault. But I think its really, really cool of Priority Bikes to care about the customer experience the way they do. They've got a customer for life in me!
