Highly recommended Servicing Stop. Just make sure you go through the schedule of work and only pay for thr essential maintenance not the advisory work. Unless you want of course.

I’d like more explanation in advance about what is included in a service, what is necessary and what not. The advisor was friendly but in a huge hurry and I had the impression he was determined to get me to pay for extras that I didn’t understand. This doesn’t engender trust.

So after a couple of weeks after having the car back from the Norwich garage which Servicing Stop use called S and S garage, my brand new car (less than 1 year old) mysteriously has an oil leak. So I take it to my dealership as I’m fed up of the nonsense from this circus, and they tell me that the wrong size washer has been fitted on the oil sump resulting in a leak. I was getting messages on my dash saying ‘engine fault, oil pressure problem, Stop the car’. So a huge thank you and a Slow Clap to Servicing Stop and to S and S garage on Dereham Road in Norwich!

I am writing this review before actually having my car back so I will reserve judgement on the actual work carried out. However, communication from the company was great all costs and work that needed to be done was explained and given the option to continue or leave each job before continuing the work.

the service cost itself is very competitive, I just felt some of the charges I got such as brake fluid change were very high

Booked a service received a call stating work required to get car back, the work was over 4 times the price of any other garage. Very hard to get hold of and use strong arm tactics to get you to pay immediately
