Really happy with my personalised birthday card for my partner l could put some great photos of her on the front and back of the card she is delighted with it too. Easy process to design the card and fast delivery also. Recommended.

We have used Snapfish a lot over the years for photo books, large and small photo prints and collages. The print quality is always excellent and the items delivered in good time. We would recommend them to others and will be using them again in the future.

Another good experience with SnapFish - loading the photos for the photomugs was fairly straightforward but needed to significantly down-size the file sizes of the photos to be loadable. Quality of mugs as ever was good, delivery fast and as promised and, of course, the prices were v good. Will happily deal with again.

This is my 4th project with Snapfish. The site is easy to use and the results are professional. The suggested themes and embellishments aid creativity. I enjoy building my projects and have been pleased with the quality of paper and printing on my calendars and books.

They may supply good prints but they WILL NOT stop sending pointless 'Special Deal' emails, most of which are just for the USA. Unsubscribing lasts for a few days, then they start again - several every day and the offers mean nothing - 'Free Prints'.....you pay with the postage!

Easy to use app and image loading, with suggestions of alternative 'best fit' prints from phone images. Good prices when using the regular discounts. Great canvas wall art prices created from phone images. I have used Snapfish many times and never been let down by their service quality reproductions or competetive pricing.

I ordered a phonebook as a memento of my 60th birthday celebrations as I had a half price offer. What a wonderful job they made of it. Lovely full page clear glossy photographs and the hardback cover keeps it pristine. I love that I could put photograph on the front and back page too. Love Snapfish anyway for every day prints to send to loved ones.

Have used Snapfish for years. Recently received a faulty photo book. Agent on Live Chat agreed to a credit but didn't process it. Spoke to another agent the following day on Live Chat and he didn't seem to understand my problem. I was finally offered a credit again but was told I would have to pay postage incurred. Is this a new thing as anything faulty in the past was sent free of charge. Why should I be out of pocket paying for postage again which is expensive enough in the first place. Sadly I won't be using Snapfish again because of this.

I like the way you create a book online/upload the photos etc. Everything runs smoothly. Also ordering is simple.
I was really disappointed with the actual book as the photos were printed too dark. I appreciate there might be a slight difference in the screen settings but definitely not that much! Especially the photo on the front cover! This should get rectified straight away and never sent to the customer.

Snapfish are always totally reliable. The quality of the photographs is excellent and the delivery very prompt. I don't have so many photographs developed these days but have been using Snapfish for a long time.

Quick and efficient service.
Just a couple of suggestions though, hopefully constructive , - a tool to adjust the rotation by just a few degrees, for instance, to correct horizons and verticals if the photo is slightly askew.
And a bigger choice of colours and designs for backgrounds perhaps.
