I’ve used Swanson products for many years. Always satisfied. Excellent customer service. I am curious about how to use my reward points. I read a statement, if I recall correctly, that said information about using reward points would be available at checkout. Somehow I missed that information. Perhaps Swanson will make the information more evident. Mind you, I certainly recommend Swanson products, including cinnamon bark and a few antioxidants.

I ran out of my supplements recommended by my Nurse Practitioner and was concerned because my budget is so tight but I have adrenal fatigue I am trying to recover from. I found very similar supplements here for sooo much less!

I like your prices and the quality of your products and you deliver them quickly. So no complaints but I did have trouble deleting or removing an item from the cart so I signed out and came back in. After that, I was able to remove the unwanted item. I don't know why it was acting up in the Chrome browser I was using. Glad that it finally resolved itself.

The search function of the website did not return results for what I typed in for several items. Either that, or you don't carry it or your results are skewed to show preferred partner deals or products in which you have a higher profit margin. I'm not quite sure, but it wasn't helpful. Amazon is much easier to use.

i DON'T LIKE THAT WHEN I SPEND HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS (SPECIFICALLY $410) THAT I'M REQUIRED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL S&H CHARGE. WITH THAT KIND OF ORDER, THE LEAST ONE COULD RECEIVE IS FREE S&H ... INSTEAD OF SENDING IT ALL TOGETHER, BREAK SHIPMENT DOWN, IF NECESSARY, TO KEEP S&H FREE.

The typical predatory offers after ordering. I tried one - and of course it said nothing about "membership" costing, until AFTER it had collected contact info, then wanted payment info and stated at the bottom it was a temp membership. That is misleading advertising and a waste of time, plus it warns customers away from click bait that is not upfront about cost.
