I'm really pleased how you handle your business - very unspectacular but fully transparent!
I proposed wise to many people already, for example to a couple last summer when I heard them talk in another language next to my table in an outside restaurant place: he from Poland, she from Portugal. Likely they move now by wise, too, through the world!

I've been using Wise for a while now, and honestly, I'm impressed. The app is super easy to navigate, and I love how quickly I can send money, especially with their low fees. For transfers in the same currency, there are no extra charges, which is a huge plus. The whole experience feels straightforward and transparent, so I know exactly what I'm getting. Their customer service is solid too—quick responses whenever I've had a question. Definitely a great option for anyone who wants hassle-free banking.
Best site for sending money beat the rest by far. Great for my advertising site which has lots' of international members to purchase ads and receive commission for their referrals purchasing.
Fast and so easy to use the site and App.
Fast & efficient!
The transfer was easy to do, & very fast. As an experiment, I duplicated the same with a competitor to see who gave the best exchange rate, least fees & fastest transfer.
For some reason, my bank here in Nepal processed your transfer into my account within seconds, whereas I'm still waiting for your competitors money to go into my account, despite them saying the transaction is complete!

Account closed abruptly
I have been using Wise for 4 years and today they emailed We’re closing your account 27 July. Reason being trading of cryptocurrencies but without specifying any transaction. I had a small account with small transfers mostly to and from Wise accounts. If I unintentionally violated any terms, there should be at least an explanation following by a warning and chance to explain myself. My appeal went unsuccessful and phone support simply refused to help. I didn't get a response to my email support ticket #18277654 yet. I'd request to consider my request to restore my account. Thanks.

Transfer took 20 days instead hours without real explanation
As the title says, I made a transfer of about 10k. The app estimated the transfer would complete in a few hours — but little did I know it would actually take almost three weeks.
I called the customer support five times during that period. In the first three calls, they kept extending their SLAs: from 3 business days (shown in the app) to 5, then to 7. Even after that, the issue wasn't resolved. They told me the delay was due to "due diligence" and needing more information to process the transaction.
The real surprise came after two more calls, when suddenly the money was transferred — without them asking for or receiving any additional information from me.
To me, this feels like Wise discourages large transfers to external platforms, possibly trying to hold the funds longer and make extra money (on top of their regular transfer fees) by delaying transactions without real cause.
I’ve been a loyal customer of Wise (formerly TransferWise) for over 7 years. Unfortunately, after this stunt and their poor customer support, I’ll only use Wise for petty cash, as I no longer entrust them with larger sums.
