GREAT!

Super helpful customer service from Michelle Benson, when I had questions she had all the answers and even sent us samples to make sure that what we purchased was going to work! Will absolutely being using Wire Care a lot more in the future!

Excellent experience

I only needed a couple of things, so I went to the site I usually go to but their shipping cost was more than the price of the two items, so I searched around and found the items @ Wirecare at the same price or a bit less expensive, PLUS the shipping was reasonable. Easy ordering process, less expensive shipping, and it came well packed. Will be back.

Customer service was amazing

Customer service was amazing, I’ve purchased some tech flex that didn’t fit and they offered to send out free samples of different sizes to help me find the right fit for my wire. And with that sample I was able to find the perfect size sleeves. And now I will be ordering a 100 ft worth, All thanks to the agent that sent out the samples to help me find exactly what I was looking for, if she didn’t insist on sending out the sample I would never have bought from techflex again because I spent $60 on sleeves I won’t use.. but now I’ll happily buy it again and chalk it up to a lesson learned.. because the sleeves I have now is perfect, so thank you to Michelle that helped me at wirecare.com that day because she made me happy and also helped the company make some money as well with her professionalism and awesome customer service!!

Much to SLOW to deliver...

I was extremely surprised and disappointed with how long it took Wire.Com to ship our order and how long it took the post office to deliver the package. We actually ended up going to McMaster-Carr to get an alternate solution from them, which arrived NEXT DAY...

I ordered a couple of items and then…

I ordered a couple of items and then realized I need to order another item within seconds of paying for the first item, I sent the company an email stating they can put them together and just charge me for one shipping cost instead of two. Never received an email back.

Rat Wire

I am having problems with rats eating the wiring on a trailer. I looked for specific rat wire, and this was the only site that had a metallic product that rats would not chew on to protect the wiring. Fast shipping, good communication and tracking very pleased with the purchase.

This is a great place to buy connectors…

This is a great place to buy connectors when you need less than 200.
Their website is superb and helps you to assemble an order without mistakes.
And they pack items separately in plastic bags with labels making it easy to check your order.

Great Customer Service

I initially thought I was sent the wrong sized Dura-Wrap, so I called customer service and spoke with Michelle. She went above and beyond to explain how they measure the material and then sent me 3 samples to try. I would recommend giving them a shout if you should have any questions before ordering, Michelle or any of the other customer service folks will help you out.
