Faye provided the coverage we needed…

Faye provided the coverage we needed while traveling abroad. Fortunately, we did not have any issues, and did not need to file any claims.

Peace of Mind!

Our experience with Faye was easy and assuring. The airlines misplaced our luggage when we arrived home and we were so happy we had insurance, just in case it couldn't be located. Thankfully, after 5 days, it appeared at our door. But--we were grateful we had Faye, just in case we'd never receive it. We're seniors and Faye gave us peace of mind through this incident and throughout our trip. Money well spent!

The value of travel insurance

I had a great time in Ireland and was relaxed that I had this travel insurance in case of emergency. I didn't realize the value of travel insurance until I was hurt on a photography trip in Iceland, had to use the local hospital and make my way home. It is important to plan ahead and have support people who have your back in case of injury or emergency.

Faye Travel Insurance is the way to go!! When we had a flight delay in Iceland and we had to get a hotel room for the night Faye reimbursed us without any issues! They compensated us for our inconvenience too! I will absolutely, 100 percent be using Faye the next time I travel!! I am one happy customer! I have been traveling for several…

I have been traveling for several months and Faye is by far the best insurance company I have ever used. Everything is done through the app(no forms to print out and submit) making it so easy to file a claim. Of course, no one wants anything to happen when traveling but if something does, Faye is there every step of the way!!

Spent most time on board being cold. The only place we could control the temp was in our room. Got home Saturday night and tested positive for Covid. Now in 5-day isolation. (By the way, Covid was what cancelled this same trip 4 years ago.)
Food was good but frequently room temp. Trip options were good. Our lecturer and entertainment were very good. Wait staff was anxious to please.

Good value and excellent communication

I researched several travel insurance companies before choosing to insure our trip with Faye Travel Insurance. The cost was much less for considerably more coverage than was offered through our cruise ship. As seniors on medicare, we knew we would not be covered in Europe, and possible injuries or illness is expensive everywhere. So we were glad to be able to purchase enough coverage to include a possible major expense. I received frequent emails throughout the vacation reminding me of where I could get help if needed. It should be noted that some countries require proof of medical insurance for entry. Luckily we had no incidents.

our outbound and inbound flights were…

our outbound and inbound flights were cancelled. We made other arrangements and after our return I contacted Faye and filed a claim. Erica, our claim adjuster was great and we were reimbursed for all our expenses. Great service and efficient and competent service. Highly recommend Faye.

Most of us are leary of insurance…

Most of us are leary of insurance because you always hear how insurance companies are finding a reason not to pay a claim. After having a horrible experience with GeoBlu who did just what I stated after a legitimate trip Interruption, I was in search of a new travel insurance company as I travel numerous times a year.

After research, I selected Faye. Unfortunately my first trip after switching to Faye, I had a death in my family. I lost a major amount of money on non-refundable deposits, changed plane tickets....

I filed a claim through the Faye app (super easy). They requested several documents proving my claim and then without question, approved my claim and actually paid me more than I asked for.

They lost money on me unfortunately but the number of people I have told to use Faye hopefully makes up for it.

Thank you for actually being a stand-up insurance company, Faye.
