I ordered the black scardy cat for a display I was doing for Halloween, it was absolutely stunning and for the special offer price too unbelievable.
I also ordered a wreath hanger for my front door, it was a random colour that was sent but luckily it was silver so would go nicely with any colour door.
Really pleased all round, also prompt delivery, would definitely buy from again.

Good customer service. Courier delivery in 2 separate deliveries. Not an issue. Informed ytc, and got back to me on a saturday straight away. The second delivery followed within about 10 mins. The courier didn't have room on the first vehicle so sent on another vehicle. This was unknown to ytc. Products good and delivery quick. Would definitely use again and would recommend 👌

Good company to do business with.The reason for the 4 stars is no reflection on the company but on the courier, they lost the first order. After contacting Yorkshire Trading they immediately sent out another one which I've just received,Thank you.

I would order from this company again as the products are fantastic and prices are great you can ask my 3 dogs they would agree there well happy so give it ago and the money you save will surprise you. Thankyou from 2x jack Russell's and 1x border terrier xxx

These planters are beautiful. The size is perfect for tulips or small shrubs and the feel really robust. The only down side is the lack of drainage holes. My husband had to drill these in the planters so if your on your own and don't have the equipment it's a problem.

Original order 'got lost' somewhere on route. However, YTC did investigate and eventually sent out a replacement order. Used YTC many times, 1st time had an issue, though ultimately the courier was at fault. The actual products I ordered were ideal for my needs. Would use this company again.

Good price. Collection from the store was tricky. The store was a mess and the staff struggled to find the package with the items that I had purchased. Eventually after 15 minutes, someone found the package. To be fair, they did apologise for the delay when they handed the parcel to me. I did save a few pounds but didn’t like the collection experience.. so will probably not buy again from Yorkshire trading.

I could not find the dog biscuits that our dogs locally. After using the Internet to find suppliers up popped YT. The pages were easy to navigate, as was the ordering and payment process. The order was delivered in two days with the benefit of tracking it, if required.
All in all, an excellent service.

I have ordered from Yorkshire Trading previously and the service was very good again.
The only pointer I would give is to check that all bottles have the lids firmly secured, I had one leak slightly and had to wash the outside of each bottle and tighten the lids

Ordered a solar light, unfortunately when I got it out of the box it was in a million pieces. Rupert in customer services was lovely, I sent him a photo, he organised a new delivery which arrived within 2 days. Really impressed as I was a little dubious ordering online from a company I had not really used before - will use them again
