We've had a really great experience with YouGrow. They consistently get our songs placed and streamed. We've been able to work with a single rep, Matei, and his communications are always prompt and clear. We highly recommend them.

I was happy with my placement and the updates I was given while waiting for my song Mamma I Need a Moo Moo Cow to be placed. The placement not only increased the plays but it also increased the saves, follows and global reach. Out of all of my playlists opportunities, this one was by far the most effective.

I use YouGrow to promote both my playlist and individeal songs to other reputable playlists with great results. Their hands on customer service is great as well.
The playlist placements are really helping my new releases gain traction and the playlist promotion is excellent as well.

First, the good contact with the compaing manager. Than it seems that the job is well done. The organic streams are working and give us more visibility.
I know that the company has to learn money but larger rebates could help. Or a package with two tracks running simultaneously resulting in a discount on the overall package or something similar.

I’ve tried a few different promotional companies but out of all of them YouGrow was the best and I will continue to use there services

Finding reliable playlist promotion as an indie artist isn't easy, but my experience with YouGrow has been genuinely positive.
My campaign manager, Ján, has been putting a lot of effort into quite a few of my tracks. What I appreciate most is that he actually listens to the music and places it into playlists that truly fit my genre and vibe, and the results have reflected that care. He’s always communicative and treats the music with respect.
I also want to thank Rici, who handled another track of mine. Her communication was great throughout the campaign, and she did a wonderful job securing solid placements as well.
I’m very grateful for both of their efforts and the honest work they do. Highly recommended to any artist looking for genuine support.

Tried several promoters with the same song, these got the best results, no scams like the rest, proper playlists and great friendly communication and trustworthy.

Really good experience. The team was professional, helpful and we had good communication. They kept me informed throughout the entire campaign and having a dedicated campaign manager who was always available to talk is a plus.

The service has gone downhill. I’ve used Yougrow a few times now and used to have mixed results with placements. Streams were fulfilled but don’t count on follows, saves etc. it’s all passive streams but good for making your music look more legit. However, expect long wait times for placements - 2-3 weeks or more, so it doesn’t help with release plans. More recently, I’ve had to request refunds on several orders because they either can’t be placed or there’s a backlog on curators who accept, or you just keep getting generic updates about “pitching, waiting” endlessly.

Long and short - it you just want passive streams, not in a timely manner, go for it. But if you want to pay for a service to be delivered within a reasonable time frame… avoid.

Trustworthy company , I can recommend it .

Belen monitored the results of the initial rollout and when it didn't hit the metrics she was looking for, tweaked it to get it into the sweet spot that helped promote our playlist to the right people and improve our overall performance!

Excellent work with ads and promotions with fast & reliable communication. They are very transparent of the process as well, and if the things don't work out, they return the money as well (only once happened fortunately), which is real integrity move these days. Highly recommended.

I paid for a campaign, and never got anything. Sent three emails as well.
Nothing back but one email saying they got my request.
