Problem with widraw.
Yesterday I tried to take money out, and it Gave me server error, I AM tring to solve this with youhodler but its been 24 hours and they don't give me any update, I have my money there, and they don't give it back. After 2 weeks we been able to resolve this matter, and everything got solved . I am a happy customer, and what to thank trustpilot and The support off youhodler.

I have been on Youholder for 4 years…
I have been on Youholder for 4 years and they have finally done what all other exchanges did. Exit scammed. My account is fully verified from beginning 4 years ago with every possible documents. A few days, I tried to withdraw a large sum of crypto and it is stuck in the "processing" state without any notifications from Youholder. I've raised this issue in their telegram group, the admin instantly deleted my messages and pivoted to how their website has been around for 6 years plus. Well bitconnect has been around for while, they aren't anymore aren't they? I got lucky with only a few hundred dollars loss, but I thought everyone should know they're displaying early signs of every exchange scam.
P.S My friends who I have referred to Youholder ALSO have their transactions held with no reason. Coincidence of everyone's account getting silent holds at the same time? I guess not

It can a bit more confusing than others, with the whole youhodle thing.
I wouls say they need be more transparent with how they operate. However their customer service iz top notch. You speak to an ai for a bit, but it dosnt take long for it realise it needs help from a human, and that help will soon arive.

Bernie madoff was registered at the International Monetary Fund and still ripped off the world. Prove your worth. Pay out or stop sourcing funds until you pay out. Easy to use platform that I trust
youhodler is one of those interest/return platforms that were many of a few years ago. Difference is that Youhodler is properly registered, and unlike many of the others - not a scam/pyramid scheme . Reason is that Youholder quicky added functions like trading and loans, that ensures them an income with which they can pay interest Etc. The interface is pretty straight forward - and trading fees reasonable.
They DO use some different terms for things - due to legal/financial reasons I presume. For instance; Turbocharge pretty much means to borrow on margin everywhere else. Here there is a time limit (linked loans) but the risk/costs/concept is the same.
same for Turboboost - where one can decide on how much gearing/risk one wants in the trade.
Only reason I would deduct half a star is that the automated KYC address verification will not accept anything I throw at it. 😅. Bank statements, water bills, telephone bills Etc. It might be due to some foreign prints on most (as I do not live in a country using these letters) but most is in English. Send them a US broker statement too that did not work. I think I will send them a flight ticket so they can come and check that I live where I live! 😊

I accidentally sent INJ tokens from my Coinbase account using the only possible Ethereum (ERC20) network to my YouHodler wallet address, which I later realized only supports BEP20 deposits for INJ.
