Toxic work environment. Having favourites whilst treated other colleagues differently not as all colleagues should be. Colleagues who speak up countless times made out to be a nuisance are also silenced before put on a PIP and overtime get to the point they have to take a grievance against a manager only to be disbelieved, discredited and fired. They absolutely hate Colleagues speak up. They are only out to protect themselves their managers and their reputation. I hope one day someone whistleblows and tells the truth about what working there is really like

As far as I'm concerned you're whole service is a shambles repeated attempts of delivery being unsuccessful I have spoken to your online chat thing several times it's nothing but a stupid automated message thing that doesn't seem to understand the proper importance of someone's parcel. I have since changed the place of delivery to my nearest petrol station which is open 24hrs so for one of your drivers to say that my parcel was unsuccessfully not delivered is a joke . I was having it delivered at my address I had also left instructions as where I live is a block of flats and for someone like your couriers who don't know I had left specific instructions on your online chat thing to say how to gain access through the mian front door to then be able to gain access into the block of flats themselves. The main front door to gain access into has an automated timer which shuts at a certain time then no one will no be able to gain access into the property without a key which is strictly for residents only. I have another repeated attempt at delivery of my parcel to my nearest petrol station tomorrow. If once again I see another unsuccessful attempt at delivery to a petrol station that may I repeat is open 24hrs then I will be taking this matter further as this is a joke and I will be ringing your head office I am sick and tired of this I just want my parcel and that's it . Never again will I be using your services absolutely disgusting in my opinion
