라마트로반(INN)(Bay-u3405)은 [1]트롬복산 수용체 길항제다.[2]

또한 DP2 수용체 길항제다.[3]

관상동맥질환 치료용으로 표시된다.[4] 천식 치료에도 쓰였다.[5]

Ramatroban은 DP2 수용체를 변조함으로써 사스-Cov-2에 의해 유도된 것과 유사한 비레미아 관련 소염증 및 프로트롬보틱 공정을 역전시킬 수 있다고 제안되었다.[citation needed] 이에 따라 지난 20여 년간 일본 내 알레르기성 비염 치료에 사용돼 온 라마트로반은 아직 임상시험이 진행되지는 않았지만 COVID-19 질환 치료에 대한 새로운 면역요법으로 조사가 필요하다.[6]

라마트로반은 독일 제약회사 바이엘 AG가 개발했으며 바이엘과 니폰신야쿠(주)가 바이나스라는 상표명으로 일본에서 공동 마케팅하고 있다.
