Kotake appears in the Memory "The Gerudo Assault" where she flanks Ganondorf alongside Koume. She wears a gold Mask that hides her face and an identical outfit to Koume's, though her collar displays her own name and she bears teal accents in contrast to Koume's red. A blue jewel sits on the Mask's forehead. Like Ganondorf, she and Koume have green-colored skin. Her hair is braided to form the Crest of the Gerudo, a symbol of a cobra.

Kotake joins Ganondorf and Koume in the Memory "A Show of Fealty", where Ganondorf falsely swears his loyalty to Rauru in the Ancient Hyrule Castle's Audience Chamber. She is not seen again after this.
