Raw Gourmet Meats are recurring Items in The Legend of Zelda series.[1][2][3]

Location and Uses

Breath of the Wild

Raw Gourmet Meats are dropped by Water Buffalo, Snowcoat Foxes, Maraudo Wolves, Wasteland Coyotes, Cold-Footed Wolves, Tabantha Moose, Great-Horned Rhinoceros, Honeyvore Bears, and Grizzlemaw Bears when they are killed. When eaten, Raw Gourmet Meat heals three Raw Meat. Raw Gourmet Meat can also be roasted by a Fire to make Seared Gourmet Steak or frozen to make Icy Gourmet Meat.

When Link speaks to Trott at Outskirt Stable, he will express a desire for Raw Gourmet Meat.[4] This will activate the Side Quest "A Rare Find". If Link gives him some, he will be paid 100 Rupees.[5] Afterwards, Link can give Trott Raw Gourmet Meat at any time for 100 Rupees.

When making meals in a Cooking Pot, Raw Gourmet Meat is required to make Gourmet Meat Curry, a Gourmet Meat and Rice Bowl, and a Gourmet Spiced Meat Skewer. Raw Gourmet Meat or a Raw Whole Bird are needed to make Gourmet Meat Stew, Salt-Grilled Gourmet Meat, and Gourmet Meat and Seafood Fry. Like other Meats, they can be used to make Creamy Meat Soup, Glazed Meat, a Meat and Mushroom Skewer, Meat Pie, a Meat Skewer, Copious Meat Skewers, Meaty Rice Balls, Monster Stew, Pepper Steak, Steamed Meat, and a Meat-Stuffed Pumpkin.
