π Hello, I'm Yehor Nesterov
Iβm a Software Development Engineer specializing in highly concurrent backend architecture, distributed systems, and observability. I am passionate about building resilient infrastructure and optimizing hot-path execution for low-latency environments.
Currently, I am an active contributor to OpenTelemetry-Go, where I focus on improving high-throughput telemetry pipelines and developing memory-safe attributes for cloud-native production environments.
I also build independent distributed tools, including DataHarvester (a concurrent extraction pipeline handling 10k+ requests/min) and NvimAnywhere (a highly available, cloud-native development environment deployed on AWS).
- Distributed Systems: Architecting fault-tolerant microservices, managing backpressure, and building resilient worker pools.
- Backend Performance: Optimizing compute overhead and memory degradation in high-throughput Go pipelines.
- Cloud-Native Infrastructure: Observability, system telemetry (Prometheus/OTel), and scalable database architectures (Cassandra, PostgreSQL, S3).

I genuinely enjoy connecting with other builders and engineers. If you'd like to talk about Go, observability, or system architecture, I'd be delighted to chat!
