Adds a new module to integrate cashlogy machines with the POS
This Pull request is still WIP.
State of the art:
A pull request for cashlogy machines is already ongoing, however it is a bit convoluted and uses a POSbox, this talks directly to the ConnectorPlus api from the POS client.
