The FTMK FoodShare System is a campus-driven initiative aimed at addressing food insecurity and minimizing food waste within Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM). This system facilitates food sharing and sponsorships, allowing students, volunteers, and donors to contribute efficiently.
In this project, my role focused on developing the Volunteer Module, which enhances volunteer registration, management, and engagement tracking to support the initiative.
- Volunteer Registration & Login β Secure access for volunteers to register and authenticate their accounts.
- Profile Management β Allows volunteers to update personal details, view assigned roles, and track participation history.
- Resignation Request System β Enables volunteers to submit and manage their resignation requests with approval workflows.
- Volunteer Analytics & Reporting β Generates reports on volunteer count based on programme and academic year, supporting efficient coordination.
- Integration with Other Modules β Ensures seamless data exchange with sponsorship, inventory, and budgeting modules for holistic system operations.
