Rev B

Rev B fixes a bunch of issues with the initial design of this device:
 - Fix P-Channel MOSFET partnumbers (previously those were N-Channel by accident)
 - Fix DC impedance of differential current filter on INAs (INAs have high leakage)
 - Use ideal diode to separate DC passthru and DC input path
 - Fix reversed current sense polarity on battery gauge
 - Fix missing emulation of a PTC on battery gauage (does not work without it contrary to datasheet)
