- Bump Go version from 1.19 to 1.23.0
- Update toolchain to Go 1.24.3
- Upgrade various dependencies to their latest versions, including:
- github.com/fatih/color to v1.18.0
- github.com/hashicorp/go-hclog to v1.6.3
- github.com/hashicorp/go-plugin to v1.6.3
- github.com/sirupsen/logrus to v1.9.3
- github.com/stretchr/testify to v1.8.3
- golang.org/x/net to v0.40.0
- google.golang.org/grpc to v1.72.1
- google.golang.org/protobuf to v1.36.6
- Update indirect dependencies accordingly in go.sum
