Zenritme v5.0.0

ci: fix yamllint errors and add yamllint config

- Add .yamllint: disable truthy rule (GitHub Actions requires 'on:'
  keyword), set line-length to 120 with warning level
- docs-ci.yml: add missing document start '---', clean trailing
  whitespace on find command
- release.yml: break 8 long lines in run blocks to under 120 chars
  (shell line continuations and heredoc reflow)

Fixes all yamllint errors and warnings reported on v4.0.0 release.
