Overdue by 3 year(s)•Due by November 18, 2022•1/2 issues closedWith a set of commits ending with 17232e7cae4a7eb12e3d9d5dc8760241a54e66b0, in November 2020, I simplified the Alquimia PK to clarify where parameters were being obtained from. Due to historical development reasons, it had become impossible for anybody including me to know whether concentrations, solid phase concentrations, reaction parameters. We need to bring back some of the features that allowed for fine grain control of chemistry from Amanzi's input file. Further, there are some important checks that have never been part of the code in Alquimia PK, which make potential errors by the users possible. This milestone will be accomplished via a set of separate Issues prioritizing short term needs by users.

Overdue by 6 year(s)•Due by February 15, 2020•10/14 issues closedThe original Amanzi Theory Guide was developed as a forward looking document with an optimistic view of how the capability needs and funding profile were going to evolve. As a result, although, some of this information is relevant and current, much of it is not. We need to realign the content with the capability that is currently in Amanzi.
Overdue by 7 year(s)•Due by December 7, 2018•2/3 issues closedThe User Guide is built using Sphinx (which is built on docutils), and needs to be published on the amanzi.github.io documentation site. Updates are needed to reflect the new url, content improvements, and to switch to bibtex for references. We will try to keep this work sync'd between the 0.87.x release branch and the 0.88-dev on master.
