Update user module for Linux shadow-utils changes #87428

Summary

The Linux shadow-utils project is removing features related to password expiration, see:

The user module should be reviewed and updated to be compatible with latest and upcoming shadow-utils on Linux. It would be also a good idea to adjust the parameter descriptions in the module documentation as well.
