Warning are correctely reported when VSS repository has checkout files but once VSS repository has been fixed (either unchecked or checked in) the warning is still reported "WARNING: One or more files are checked out and may not be the latest version.".
Same issue with "pinned" files.

A workaround is restart the tool.
