Add a `build-macos` job on `macos-latest` (aarch64-darwin) alongside the renamed `build-linux` job. Runs the portable, modern targets: TS/bun tests, GHC 9.12.2 native, GHCJS 9.12.2, the 9.12.2 sample app, and the JS/WASM playwright integration tests. Uses cachix/install-nix-action with flakes enabled (legacy GHCJS 8.6 targets are omitted as they don't build on darwin). Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
