Gravel focused map-theme for OpenAndroMaps. Based on Elevate originally by Tobias Kuehn. Inspired by the Pizza Gravel community.

• Adds layer for emphasized gravel paths (marking gravel, fine_gravel, compacted and pebble surfaces), allowing to easily spot surfaces when scouting and planning routes.

• Adds layer for track grades (color coded from grade 2 to grade 5), to better distinguish between cruising paths and gnarly trails. Unfortunately smoothness key is not parsed by OAM as it would have been a much better metric.

• Adds Public transport network from City layer to easily spot bailout points.

• Combines cycling and mountain bike profiles together.

• Can hide road access layer (to de-clutter the view when navigating).
