The initial version (Mark I) of this project masterfully consolidated the engineering of functional props and cosplay: the plating, the helmet kinematics, the basic mechanical actuators, and the local operation of the central LED Reactor. The Mark I is an existing exoskeleton frame currently equipped with basic cosmetic sensors and a low-output Arc Reactor prop.
The Mark II is the leap from aesthetics to aerospace. This document serves as the comprehensive technical specification for upgrading the static exoskeleton prototype (Mark I) to a fully functional flight-capable system. The project bridges the gap between costume engineering and aeronautical physics, leveraging open-source hardware and software protocols.
The objective of this architecture is to integrate an Autonomous Operating System (FCS) with a sustainable electric propulsion mesh, replacing flammable fossil fuels with fluid dynamics (pressure differential/vacuum). All of this is sustained by an energy ecosystem capable of self-sustaining by extracting force from the environment.

The millimetric positioning of each component is vital for the Center of Gravity (CoG). This section details the precise physical location of hardware components relative to human anatomy to ensure CoG stability and pilot safety.
Location: Upper back. Posterior thorax, specifically inferior to the cervical spine (neck) and medial to the scapulae (shoulder blades). This aligns with the anatomical region of the Trapezius and Latissimus Dorsi muscles. Function: Provides 75% of the lift force. Primary Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL). Motors (Primary Propulsors):

- M3 (Left Costal EDF): Fixed at the line of the left floating ribs. Coupled to a 2-dimensional gimbal axis controlled by the FCS.
- M4 (Right Costal EDF): Fixed at the line of the right floating ribs, mirrored to M3. Reserve Batteries (Hot-Standby):
- Cell C: Positioned above Motor M3, hidden inside the left lateral chest armor.

The frontal Central Reactor houses the main motherboard (FCS) and the PMIC. Strategic position for frontal cooling and proximity to the helmet's BLE network.

Inspired by the propulsion of fifth-generation stealth jets, the armor utilizes distinct aerodynamic stages. This project adapts Air-Augmented Propulsion (Air-Auger Vacuum Systems) to compress incoming air without moving parts, increasing thrust efficiency.
Applied Physics: Overcoming inertia from rest requires brute electro-mechanical force. Electrical energy initiates the turbines at maximum torque. Active Mechanics: Motors M1 through M4 drain maximum amperage from Cells A and B. The rotation creates a zone of extreme low pressure (vacuum) at the top of the air intakes, sucking in oxygen and expelling it downward, guaranteeing vertical elevation.
Applied Physics: Using relative wind and displacement to generate passive thrust. By creating a low-pressure zone (partial vacuum) in front of the intake, atmospheric pressure forces air into the turbine at higher velocities. Active Mechanics: When at horizontal speed, the Ram-Air system (impact vacuum) is activated. Air is naturally "punched" into the ducts, relieving the electrical effort on the EDF motors. If the camera fails, the voice AI and motors continue to function perfectly, ensuring safety.
In real exoskeletons (like Sarcos Robotics or HULC), the biggest problem is the "lag" between you moving and the motor following you. If the motor is slower than you, the armor becomes heavy. If it is faster, it can break your bones. The correct way: Use EMG Sensors (#22) coupled to your skin. Jarvis will read the electrical current of your muscle milliseconds before you physically move your arm. The software processes this via a Kalman Filter (#27) and triggers the BLDC Motors (#30) in perfect sync with your muscular intention.
Never pass all wires from all sensors directly to the central computer. A cut in the arm would disconnect the leg. The correct way: Use the automotive standard CAN Bus (#15). Each joint (e.g., elbow) has a small ESP32 microcontroller (#14). This microcontroller reads the local sensor, activates the local motor, and sends only vital data in a single cable (the CAN Bus) to the NVIDIA Jetson (#11) on the back.
