Bug fix release 1.1.6

- Fixed reproducibility in multi-threaded runs
- Each thread simulates given ion ids. Events are merged sequentially with increasing ion id
- Fixed a bug where the grid origin was not properly taken into account
- Fix DPASS stopping power option code

Enhancements:
- Python examples and Jupyter notebooks added
- Github CI workflow, creates installer on tag
- Added post-build CTest suite for testing reproducibility
