BEAUJOLAIS, DOMAINE DE FA FLEURIE 2016 15JAN23 very nicely balanced red fruit and black pepper, smooth medium body with silkier finish, we paired with 🍣
2021 Birichino, Cinsault, ‘Vignes Centenaires,’ Bechtold Vineyard, Santa Cruz, Cali., USA 16JAN23 deep but very clean red fruit, medium body with lower oak & tannins, ✅ summer red
2020 Domaine Brocourt, Cabernet Franc, Vieilles Vignes, Chinon, Loire Valley, FRA 16JAN23 bell pepper + floral + spiced, much more balanced than the smell, higher alcohol and tannins (might mellow with age, but overall yummy)
2020 Markogianni, Vertzami, ‘Diagon,’ Peloponnese, GRC 16JAN23 very ripe blackberry + plum(?), heavier medium body, really amazing and distinctly Grecian finish

2018 Lieu Dit, Gamay, Santa Maria Valley, Santa Barbara, California, USA 14FEB23 brighter fruits (almost tart) followed by bell pepper(?), knew this would be unique but rely kewl, fruit-forward finish makes this an easier drinker
2021 Kir-Yianni, Xinomavro Rosé, Sec, ‘Akakies,’ Amyndeon, Macedonia, GRC 14FEB23 crisp with smooth grape candy flavor, ideal fruit-forward finish, probably a great summer drinker ☀️
Monastrell "Raspay" Primitivo Quiles Alicante, 14' 25FEB23 really fun, described as port adjacent but drinks more approachable, chery and dark red fruits
Sparkling Syrah Treveri Columbia Valley 25FEB23 sparking red ❤️, tart cherry and citrus, very clean yet well rounded and nuanced, crisp bright finish
Braucol Le Champ d'Orphée, 19' 25FEB23 black and bell pepper funkiness, smooth plum and minerals, subtle pleasant finish

2019 Château Saint Julian, Merlot/Cabernet Sauvignon 3MAR23 more complex than a typical merlot, peppers and depth, finish pops with a touch of cherry then back to balance
2005 Château d'Arche, Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc, Sauternes 3MAR23 smooooooth honey leading into bright fruit and caramel, ❤️❤️❤️, beautiful finish puts you to sleep with honey
