* Humanized timestamps are now handled in javascript with Intl.RelativeTimeFormat. They
  are updated every 10 seconds using a single interval set in Stream.vue.

  The change also deals properly with DJANGO_TIMEZONE by converting the UTC timestamps
  (both humanized and plain) using datetime.astimezone.

* Not a socialhome fix per se, upgraded python-opengraph to 0.2.1 which fixes an issue
  with character rendering of opengraph previews.

* Fix missing ``libmagic1`` dependency in the v0.14.0 Docker image causing Socialhome
  not to start.
